I don't know but it does seem like every Capricorn men I stumble upon are great listeners and take advices very well. I have trained a couple cap men in the gym and tried to get them to reach their potential goals and gives them life's advices. They are definitely not ones to give back talks like say, fire signs, perhaps?click to expand

Yeah but I literally took them in. This one now, the same way. We've been friends for a long while now and I just found out he's a Capricorn. A real cool guy he is. In relationships they may be a leader and stubborn but that doesn't change the fact that they are good listeners, learners, rough necks and heads in the right path. My dad was a cap too and from the little bit of years I've known him he was a lazy one after the military.click to expand

It’s about the climbing the mountain, walking the path.. I’m very much that way too. But it’s not necessarily good listeners, sometimes. It depends the viewpoint. My dad & I banged heads all the time, and then years later it was I was his favorite because of my spunk 🤣🤣 it took a long time for him to understand because he did not listen very well. But he did observe and finally get it. He was a workaholic & a freaking genius. I learned a lot from him. It was just a struggle at times.
Ya you may be right with relationships. The ones I had they listen as long as it works for them & their viewpoint. I dated one that couldn’t even understand there could be a different viewpoint than his. Lol this is where it always becomes a problem. Makes it difficult to work through things. Not saying all Caps are this way. It has just been my experience. Maybe my Sag sun and them having trouble with how I operate. Could be different for you.click to expand

You can't straight up trying to change a Cap's conclusion. It just won't work. They'll think you're full of shit. If you want them to take in a viewpoint that conflicts with theirs, show them the flaw in the thought process that led to their viewpoint. If they understand the flaw, then their viewpoint will likely change accordingly.click to expand

Well I get that but when they are telling you that you should quit your job because they think it doesn’t make sense & you make twice what they do and won’t listen to what you have to say & that it’s your decision it’s a little ridiculous… oh & you have only been dating 2 months.. it’s a great way to push someone away!
I honestly would've asked why he thinks that. It's a weird thing to tell someone that "you should quit your job because it doesn't make sense", especially since I find Caps generally favours financial stability and their partner having a good paying job. Unless...for some reason, he feels inadequate in comparison and wants you to change so he wouldn't feel that way...but that's more of a reflection on him than anything else.click to expand
