Nodes are heavy hitters in astrology. Conjunctions in personal placements(sun thru mars) can really be felt at times.

Not that cut and dry. From what I noticed what is important is the effect those people have on each other through their interaction with each other. The bond can be rather strong just like the effect it has on the individuals. It can also be one side too. Maybe repeating the same statement leading a person in a piticular direction or even away from something. Like I said it's not so cut and dry.
