Capricorn - all they care about is money and status and they use people for that purpose. I'm a misanthrope and I can't even use people the way they do, so no, they can fuck off.
Pisces - They're nice, but I'm rarely in a mood for martyrdom. Also, most of them are not very intelligent misread everything. I'm sorry to sound arrogant, as a lack of intelligence doesn't bother me. It's the *way* this manifest. Not only misreading, but misinterpreting everything they hear and read. Miscalculating. Mispronouncing people's names, towns, cities, etc. I don't know how this is possible for a person who has no intellectual or cognitive deficit. And did I mention how disagreements become a melodrama to them?
They're also really cheap bastards, asthmatic, lactose intolerant, allergic to a thousand and one things, can't have much fruit, juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and God know's what else. Medicines make them pass out, puke, sick, dizzy. They have carpal tunnel, dislocated hips, pinched nerves everywhere, a neck brace, you name it, they got it. No. That's annoying and irritating as fuck to be around. No one wants to be around someone who's always sick, can't breath, has diarrhea, can't eat XYZ, etc. AND I'M SURE there's plenty of Pisces out there that want to be sick and all fucked up for some twisted psychological reason.
Virgo's. Can't trust them. They're the best little bitches of the zodiac, and that's not a good thing. But apart from that, I have a Virgo moon, so I get them. And one cold hearted bastard is enough. No need for two of them.

Don’t know about dominants, but one was a double Scorpio, (sun/moon) another double sun/ascendant, and two had Taurus moons. Maybe that accounted for their cheapness.

I've met good and bad from every sign, I usually don't judge based on the sign. I try not to avoid people based on their signs because there are so many other factors that drives behaviour. So my answer is, I avoid none. I try to give everyone a chance. Maybe there are some personalities that I don't understand right away, but I don't necessarily avoid, I just take my time to get to know them before a judgement is made. On the other hand, if someone chooses to avoid another individual based on their astrological sign, they are entitled to that and I respect that too. As an Aries, we already get judged harshly, but I really do respect if I'm "not for someone", and that's okay. 🙂

I don't feel like restricting myself, or let astrology train my brain into not thinking, and therefor essentially taking control of my mind. I would never exclude someone based on their sun sign, or make assumptions about who a person is based on the placement of their moon, I find life way too complex for that.
I stay away from those I feel a discomfort or disingenuousness around, and that's it.

Congratulations on eliminating one half of human being based on their Sun sign alone and nothing else. What you said about Pisces is hilarious, because it's so stupid.
