Who is more depressed Aquarius or Capricorn?

It's not a game.

Probably caps...

Caps have a tendency to go into a dark place moreso than aquas, in my opinion.

My mom is a cap and she's been battling with it for years. This time of the year seems to bring it on for her, like clockwork.

um i dont know about that. i have gone into dark depressing states in my life. I cry easily and alot, and i'm super emotional. I need stability and security big time.

but then i'm highly mutable so i can bounce back. however, when someone i love dies, passes away, it's hard to bounce back even years later. I dont want to be separated from my loved ones even in death. i need to be locked on with them forever.

I'm a Cap with an Aqua mom, and it's really hard to say. On surface level, I think I seem more depressed. I'm much more gloomy and down in mood, but her pendulum seems to swing a little further on the negative side then mine does. She's currently going through a lot, and lashed out on me yesterday and it kind of spiraled into other things. Worrying about her really takes it's toll on me, always have, so it's hard to say. I don't think she worries about me the way I worry about her.

and it takes me a long time to actually hate someone fiercely. like i did with my ex's. because they were womanizers, abusive and physically cruel. almost to the point of death. so, my attachment probably made them hate me so much. it doesn't matter anymore because one of them died and the other is in prison. but looking back it's was really horrible.

hi inana, what's your mother's moon sign and mars/venus?

oh i remember you have leo moon so youre more "positive" which makes sense that her pendalum swings on the negative. Hmm maybe?

....however my Mothers a cappy and she can get ..shall way say cynical at times...poor soul.

Hey girl! All is great! Hope things are going well for you, too!

Definitely Capricorn. They're more grounded in reality and tend toward pessimism, whereas Aquarians have a tendency to live in their own worlds and are able to distract themselves. I have had my dark moments. (Thank God for my Sag moon, though! Gotta love that optimism.) Similar to what lisabethur8 said, I can get really attached to people I really care about even if they aren't the greatest person... it kinda becomes a self-defeating cycle. I've cared about, and dare I say loved, some really awful guys in the past who just didn't deserve it. I've been in positions where I'm constantly giving and the other person gladly takes and it's exhausting--literally sucks all of the energy out of me.

Aquarians are pretty detached in general, though, so extreme attachment cases are mostly rare. Capricorns are so security conscious that I think they can go a bit overboard and hyper focus on what is wrong in a situation instead of letting it go or finding the positive points.
