Do's and Don't's for dating Aquarius

Hi, everyone. I recently started dating an Aquarian man (I'm Taurus). He is very friendly, loves to compliment me, and seems to be very interested in me. He is not shy when it comes to telling me how sexy I am, how turned on I make him, etc...

What are some do's and don't's that i need to know about these men? As a Taurus, I tend to be the jealous type and I'm a very affectionate person. He's a nice guy overall and I'd like to make sure i don't screw this up.

Any advice is welcome - from ladies who have dated Aquarians and from Aqua-Men themselves!

WOW, Aquarius male and femlae taurus are NOT a very good match, the reason everything is going good...is becuase the relationship is FRESH...but trust me, you being affectionate, and jealous, is going to lead him to cheat on you INSTANTLY, trust me...this is NOT a good match at all, and this is not being based off of one case, but many I've known of in the past, and the astrolgical make up

yes but its different having a taurus sister/friend, then having a marriage/rel- with one, i dont know, i get on with them fine, but not sure if i could date one.

From my experience with an aquarius, just being uniquely yourself works. He really respected how weird I am and cherished my individuality.

My advice is don't get involved with an Aquaguy. 😢

They are too aloof. Too detached. They will seem to be totally into you in the beginning and you think everything is great. He'll say all these wonderful things to you. Gets really "flirty" and such..and then just when you think you could never be this happy, he'll ALL OF A SUDDEN DISAPPEAR! Even though you give him a lot of space (cuz like everyone says here and all the stuff you read about Aquas, that's what they need) doesn't necessarily mean it will work out.

You can be patient all you want and keep hoping, but they are so unpredictable and way too emotionally unstable that you just don't know where you stand with them.

Mr Aqua in my life can't go a night without me hugging him to sleep - it didn't start that way - we talked on the phone for a month & a 1/2 & I didn't want to commit - I am scared he will cheat (that comes in waves - some times I am scared that I will cheat 🙂 - I can't be thinking I will do something wrong my Mr Aqua & screw our relationship up constantly other wise I'd go mad.
I just want to be me & him to be him & hope for the best. If he leaves, well it was fun - so be it 🙂

Do Aqua men wear their hearts on their sleeves? The one I'm dating is very expressive about how he's feeling and compliments me A LOT - more than what I've been used to.

Is this always the case with Aqua men or will it end soon? I hope it doesn't end. I love him telling me how beautiful I am more than once a day!

I think if you just show a sign of interest, your aqua's eyes will widened a bit, his back will straighten, and this special aqua will think twice about you. That's what happened to me, also I will write again that I attracted my aqua by just being my unconventional self... I suppose being Vietnamese in a small town contributed too, but being yourself works too.

Do Aqua Men test people? You're saying it's OK for him to show interest, but I shouldn't or he'll back away? How strange if they're really like that.

For me, he unconciously tests people. It's alright to show a bit of interest, but not too much... more of a "play hard to get" sort of interest, but this is coming from my experience with an aqua male.

Random calls in the evening, early mornings, his aloofness, and the rumors of another girl tested me to the point of rethinking the whole relationship. I wanted to cut him out of my heart and slice his tires. Unfortunatly I didn't do either two things.

I gave him a lot of room, but that's only because I needed a lot of room. We rarely called each other, and hung out only 2 or 3 times a week, but when we were together, it was so passionate.
He tested my patience and trust. I'd have to say you'd have to be a strong, complete person with fixed convictions in order to date an aqua, if not, they'll slowly mold you into one.

He's nervous about giving off the wrong impression, so he's let me know about this tendency of his quite a few times (not being able to express his feelings and becoming elusive at times). don't believe him, he is a capricorn, maybe he've been read alot of astrology profiles, and he love aqua's description better than capricorn

But what is the test? Is it to see how long you can go without contacting them? How lame. Isn't that so abnormal? And how long is long enough to not keep in contact? I'm going on 2 weeks. but I've contacted and nothing from him. So does that mean I failed? And how can they all of a sudden disappear and decide they never want to have contact with you again? confusing! 😢

well i have heard nothing from my aqua friend after 6 weeks so i txt him cause i would be waiting for forever if it was up to him anyway aqua do like space and they do disappear for weeks on end for some reason?

lol...it is so funy to hear everyone talk the same way about aqua men. not really funny, but i guess you have to laugh about it at some point. mine just left me after being together two years...and we have not spoken in two weeks now. how crazy is it that they all act the same exact way, and yet we still can't seem to figure it out.

Well, the test is up to you. It seemed as though my aqua was testing me on whether I would give him space, it just seems like they find their partners on the bottom of their "to do" list, (unless they are intrigued into researching about relationships) but from what I know about my aquarius, he'll just go for anybody who's willing to give him space and a new experience.
Sometimes I think he left me, because of his logical reasoning burying his emotional desires. What an a-hole. just kidding... really though, I was fed up and I told him, and he understood. What I don't understand is why I'm not over him.

I can see how they put love at the bottom of their list. so unfortunate. How come Aquas have all these bad traits (sorry Aquas!) to other signs..but then we STILL keep liking 'em. So confusing.

I do find that you have to be so interesting to them or else..they get bored. Whenever I did talk to my Aquaguy on the phone..he was always like "Soo...what's going on? Anything interesting? Anything exciting?" I felt so compelled all the time to think of something exciting to say. So weird.

Funny you should say this. I'm waiting for my AquaGuy to finish up a project that's due tomorrow before we can go out tonight. It's his job, so I'm not going to get upset that he wants to succeed at getting this project done on time, although it's almost 10pm and I'm getting restless! LOL

aries girl, yep only after i text him cause well it was like he knows how i feel and he only wanted friends i wanted more anyway i moved jobs so i never saw him anyway i just had to text him and i did not think he would text back but he did twice! anyway he says he cares about me so im just going to be friends with him at the moment and not push the issue cause thats the thing i learnt with aquarius they like being friends first.

i have not spoken to my aqua guy in 2 and a half weeks now, and i want to text him just to make sure he is okay. is that a good idea or not? he is a very depressed person, and even though he left me over the phone i think he may be hurting right now. but, i could be wrong. i know he will not make the first move (as he never does after he leaves me)soo i thought it might be a good idea considering i do still care about him. so, what do you guys think i should say in the text message?
