Read and just overall go in seclusion. Alone time is recovery time 🙂
When I'm really angry or tense, I go on a run or clean.
If I'm sad, I watch a funny movie or stand up comedy on Netflix.
In either situation, I keep contact with other people/social media to an absolute minimum.

Aquas have frequent "down time i suppose" 😆, i always let my rational side heal me. There's always a rational voice speaking in my head bringing me out of misery & of course alone time in a tranquil, quiet place recharge me very very fast!
