I'm seeing an aquarius guy

I'm seeing this guy on a dating app... , recently it was my birthday...May 30th (gemini) and he said "we should watch some movies together", so I told him my birthday is coming up and ask if he want to go on a date with me or not? He quickly agreed to go on a date on my birthday..

the first time i met him, he doesn't talk much, mature, and already got the movies tickets for the 2 of us.. i felt that was unnecessary so I give him back the ticket's money, he declined it but later accept it. he barely engage in a conversation..(or maybe because we are in a cinema 😆 ) we watched deadpool2 but it started at 6:30PM and the Movie was 2hours ... after the movie.. he went straight back home.. LOL Typical aquarius.. he walked so fast like a leopard and told me he is used to walk so fast like that , i couldn't catch up at all.. other than that he is a decent guy.. though he didn't take me back home, i came back by myself.. he looks like he is in a hurry.. he told me he doesn't have a curfew but just his house is far..and I believe him somehow...I got back home.. and received a "happy birthday" Text from him and a bunch of silly texts.. he apologized that he forgot to say it in person.. I told him i'm looking forward to be his friend but i didn't flirt with him though.. i just don't want him to get the idea...and we're still texting until now...

So ummm? what should I do next? what should I say? does he feels anything about me? what should i be cautious about?

I always had a rule when I was dating. NEVER go to see a movie. Just... ugh. Boring

I think he was just nervous. Go for the 2nd date. He likes you. Go for something where you can communicate more next date. I think you both will be pleasantly surprised! Way to go having a nice bday date!! Happy belated one!!

Aquas like being taken out of their element. Take initiative and be creative, and stop with the weird feminist attitude that gives money back when a dude obviously wants to treat you to something. Maybe it's a Gemini thing?? I sucks with dates because it made me feel AWKWARD when a man has to pay for everything. Idk, not feminist attitude or whichever, just making me feel uneasy. I'd rather we go dutch but the previous date I've had with the alien, he insist on paying so I'm just like ok bish okayyy. 🤣🤣

Yeah ikr, i'm not really a feminist , if it a friend who pay then i have no problem but this is the first date and first impression is everything xD.

He wouldn’t let her pay at first. But then later he took her money....

Makes me think he changed his mind about her halfway through but because it was her birthday, was trying harder to not hurt her by running away so fast aka not interested

I think that is probably because I shoved my money into his hand. he still didn't want it until i forced him to...
