Leo Wanting An Aquarius Woman

Happy New Year. I am a firm believer in the zodiac and have been reading about Aquarius women for weeks now. There is a an Aqua woman on my job. She is actually a supervisor. EVERYONE is infatuated with her. She's so beautiful and smart, that both men and women on the job want her. She gets secret gifts, (roses), from admirers that sit on her desk all the time. She's single last I checked, and she announces it a lot. She's always saying, "Yeah, I'm alone. I have nothing to do this weekend." I don't understand it. Just so many want her and she gets along with everybody, even the people that no one else likes.

She sits by herself at lunch and texts all the time. If you sit with her, she's cool but you can tell shes likes to be alone. She even hinted that she spent the holidays alone and never does anything on her off days. Anyway, I'll stop rambling about her. You clearly see I'm smitten.

I bought her a book on a subject she likes for Christmas. We pulled names at work, but I just bought her the gift anyway. I could tell she liked it. I sent her an email telling her that I admired the fact that she gets along with everyone and that I think she will go far in life and business. She told me the other day that what I wrote her was "sweet". Usually, people say nice, but she said "sweet" and smiled. Then she ignored me the rest of the day as she always does. I'm so confused. What next? I don't want to push anything too fast. I know you Aquas value friendship above and beyond most.

I agree with Miha! Just because someone is wanted by many, doesn't mean they can't be single. It just means they haven't found what they are looking for. Your Ms.Aqua sounds a lot like me. I dont mind eating lunch alone. I love alone time, but it just so happens that I always end up with someone dropping in to hang out with me. I can't refuse to socialize either. I also always get people asking me why I'm single or why I choose to be single when so and so likes me. It's not about who so and so likes. It's about who I like.

If she is aqua dominated or even air dominated in her chart, she has no problem being single. In fact, being single is preferred over settling with a person who doesn't fit the qualities you are looking for. If she's Venus in Aqua, then that's a picky person.

Sounds like me as well. Can't stand when people decide to join me during lunch. I like my hour to decompress especially if its a stressful work day. It's funny because I get asked all the time why i'm single, like its a disease to not be in a relationship. LOL Trying to explain to them is funny in itself- "I am happy single' but don't you get lonely? "Nope, because I can go and do what I want with who I want or just stay at home". No relationship does not = lonely it just means Alone, wish more people understood that.

Advise don't mix work and pleasure. I will never do that ever again and it was just someone that worked in the same mall as me, not even same store. Aqua's need their space and if you work together they won't get it. I can't speak for all of us, but more likely then not, she will feel that same- especially since she is so Aqua heavy.

^^ best advise ever??_??_its amazing the amount of people who fall in love with aquarians at work and then come running to the message boards asking for advice!! I think the work place is could possibly be where aquarians magnetism is heightened the most lol having said thatI think there is nothing more sexy than a competent person ??_.perhaps you could work your way to the top, buy the company then give her your card, now that would be something you could tell your children.

subtlety won't be your best weapon if you want to possibly romance an aqua.

What do you know about her apart from your current observations? Spending time outside of work and just doing fun friendly things can probably set things in clearer perspective for you and her provided she's into seeing people from work.

Though like the other Aquas before me: Work + Possible Romance = Never going to happen again.

I am a Leo male and i think you shouldn't waste your time with a Aquarius woman. Aries women are the best match for Leo men and the longest lasting according to marriage stats. Aries girls are adventurous and passionate and romantic like us so you will be happy with her. Aquarius women are too egocentric and dull in my opinion. I think of Ginny from harry potter when i think of Aquarius. They make great friends though!

my husband also thinks Ginny from Harry Potter is boring as hell. Then i found out she's an aquarius. Lol

when he was younger, when Harry potter one series started, he has always liked hermione the best.

Her being your supervisor makes it another whole issue. Do not approach her in a romantic way. Sexual harassment is a bitch and you could loss your job over it. Even if you are not harassing her, if she feels uncomfortable with you asking her out- she could feel harassed. If you start working some place else maybe then approach her but defiantly not before.

as others mentioned sweet & nice = same thing.

OMG..well, a cold fish would be 20 times as better as she did me today. I should have took your advice and treated her mean. She is no longer on a pedestal, that's for sure. I sent her another nice email and asked her out in this one. Today I simply asked her, "Did you get my email?", she almost bit my head off and said that I send a lot of emails. She then avoided me like hell the rest of the day. Even when I needed to ask her a work related question, she pointed me in the direction of the other supervisor, when she usually answers ALL of my questions??!! It didn't stop there. When I went on break, she purposely waited until I cam back in before she left to keep from bumping into me in the hall. (She has nothing to worry about from now on)

She is really really cold and won't get any more attention. I totally regret my christmas gift to her and pretty much everything now. Why so cold? If you aren't interested, just say "thanks, but I'm not interested". Sorry, guys I'm really bummed out. Leos and Aquarius are totally opposite aren't we? I don't care what she likes anymore. Everything that I found attractive about her just went down the tubes.

me too. she's cute and funny. Alot of people love her as well. It's Hermione and Luna. Ginny didnt really get many people liking her as much.

Go figure! Doesn't surprise me at all! Her behavior is so of someone that's air dominated like myself. I wouldn't take her calling nice gestures as sweet to mean she's interested. I think you need to do more probing. When guys I don't like do nice things for me, I acknowledge that as sweet as well because I don't know what else to say.

Thank you! I totakly agree. Is your chart air dominated? I feel stupid having to explain why I'm single. Pffttt, as if there is no life past a boyfriend. Lol. Aquas have plenty of friends and acquaintance to keep them occupied.

It drove me bat shit crazy. It didn't help that he turned out to be a psycho! We knew each other for a few months before our first "date".
Red flag #1- about a month after that date we slept together and he never went home! My roommate was ready to toss him off the balcony. I would hint for him to not come over and finally I told him hey I need girl time, I'd have to sneak out of the mall to avoid him so he wouldn't come over.
Red flag #2- he lived w/his mom, granted he had been over seas and just gotten back, was a temp thing)
Red flag #3 he had to get rid of all his d&d type stuff cause his mom said it was "evil" brought it all to my place.

I can overlook some of these "weirdnesses". We got serious and he was basically living at my place, my roommate moved out, so I invited him to move in... MISTAKE he became totally jealous, possessive and omg I couldn't go anywhere. There is more but needless to say - I kicked him out of my place over the phone while I was hidden at a friends house- that he couldn't find.

Ya never crossing that line with someone at work or even near my work place ever again!

And in a dramatic twist today, she "apologized". Sort of. She says that she doesn't do workplace romance and in our case it is too unprofessional. But she wants to socialize with me and has invited me to her birthday bash later this month.

I'm going to the party. And I put in my two weeks notice for another job. When I told her today she smiled. (and then got cold again..sigh) I'm so in love with this Aqua woman.
