You seem to have decent amount of air element in your chart which mean you have no problem of communicating. It's also important to communicate assertively, to state what you need and what you want. Not all women are controlling and I am absolutely sure that everything can be compromise if you willing to talk. Relationships are all about give and take, so don't feel bad to severe the ties if you are taken advantage of.

I've always felt deeply about being a type of person that always there to help people, but I've lived a long time with heavy anxiety, In recent times last two years that has gone away a lot, but I still overthink things a lot and it is like a self-sabotage to my relationships (any kind) I'm not someone that will do what someone tells me to do unless I actually want to do it, I hate being controlled. I find women very controlling in particular via proxy power. People tell me woman love you in their own way, but for me it is like I am a pet. Doesn't make me feel like a person.
Makes it impossible for me to trust anyone. I am trying to understand how I can focus myself in a good direction. I see it play out over and over in relationships that I observe. Where the woman asks for "xyz" if the man says no. The woman will bug the man until he says yes. If that doesn't work, then she will bug him in anger until he says yes, and if it still doesn't work. The woman becomes violent, or the relationship just ends. Compromise usually just means giving in. This is why I find it interesting how men are in society the so called "leaders" when really the woman pull most of the strings in reality. It is just men are too stupid to see it. At least from a more traditional stand point. Like the man will shovel the snow, take out the trash mow the lawn. Not because he is a "man" but because the woman has the power to make him do it so she doesn't have too.
Finding a true equal I get very pessimistic about it.
