For example, If you check people who have Pluto in the 1st house in Scorpio will get Plutonians traits, not Martian(aries) traits.
The 1st house makes the placements stronger in you as Aries is about attitude, courage, bravery, fire energy and etc. This is way I've said its not so especific.

Maybe Im not explaining it in the right way...
Im an Aries with Mars in the 1st house, Im very picky and have high standards, Aries believe that they diserves the best in everything because they are the best in everything (in their head) or they are trying to become the best but only in the things they care about.
So, considering that they will be attracted to anything that they find worthy, you will say " but everybody is like this " but an Aries will make pursuit this goal/target with all they energy and willpower.
