How can I " cure " my Venus in the 12th house?
Get a hobby.
maybe there's no cure?
try it by adapting to Cap NN traits.
Sun in the 11th: feels lonely or more unique.
Moon opposition Venus: attracts people with whom he may not necessarily feel at home.
Chiron in the second ?
"lonely and trying to date every woman in the world?"
you try to date any girl no matter what?

One true friend and an okay family... i guess its normal right?!
There is no cure. Venus and Jupiter in 12th, Neptune in 1st, all in Scorpio conjunct ascendant. Fun stuff!

Yes it's perfectly normal. I can count the amount of true friends I have on one hand and 2 of them are family members. Most people are like that.
The notion of families can be hyped up and exaggerated. I'm not saying they're a bad thing but tv and movies tends to make happy sunshine rainbow families a norm when they're not. Your Ok family are probably more than ok (sorry if I'm being ignorant. There are probably things about your family I don't know about that might make them not so good) but comparing them to tv and movie families distorts this. All families have issues, that's the real norm.
I bet you have trouble connecting with people.

the other question is if their liking back can warm his heart.
I'd say an Aqua might have interesting talks with a Gemini or a Sag, but with a Cancer they might feel the whole house is warmer than before.
with good luck he can have a mix of both worlds.

A loving family helps a lot. So do good friends. Giving love to pets is also a positive thing to do. Animals will love you unconditionally and make you feel great about yourself as a result. People with Venus in the 12th are especially good with large animals like horses, or even wild animals and this is true. I have a great rapport with wildlife.
Dating every woman in the world isn't going to help you because you'll just run into the same problem every time. You have to find a way to heal yourself. IMHO.

I have good friends and a normal family but I always felt unloved, I don't want to date every woman for the sake of it, I like to have a deep connection with them, its like every woman that I know and have a deep connection it feeds me but it doesnt last more than 3 months.
I can't commit to a relationship even wanting to.

that's probably your destiny. put all your love into a work.
Dont cure it, reap the benefits, astro is about TIME, this is where you're at in your genetic/karmic evolution, last stage, death of everything and transcendance. Learn to appreciate your birds eye view, your connection to everything, your comoassion and empathy.

Why not? Just saying that doesn't even make sense. If you truly wanted to commit, you'd commit. Sounds like to me you could use some therapy to deal with your issues and a better coping mechanism than self-sabotage. I'm pretty sure at least one of those women tried to connect and you slammed the door in her face. Best I can offer you is this...if you can't love yourself, how do you expect anyone to be able to love you in a way you'd understand? You have no frame of reference if you've never felt loved. So learn to love yourself and fill that void on your own....the rest of the pieces will fall into place.

Why can't you commit to a relationship even when you want to? There must be a reason. 12th house Venus tends to live in the past and focuses on past relationships, unable to look forward and embrace the future. This used to hinder me a lot. 12th house Venus tends to idealize a prospective partner in their minds so the reality never lives up to expectations.
