There is a page on Wikipedia called - "List of chess grandmasters". It includes all names with this chess title given, but it is every now and then updated cause of new names who appear eventually. At a time this task was taken, last year, it processed more than one thousand and five hundred chess grandmasters, and dates of births were also compared to those which chessgames.com site show us as well (just to be sure). Definite result led us to next order:

They definitely come across as dumb sometimes, but its not really the case. I know a lot of them. They are single-minded though. Find their interest or passion, and pick their brain on that....As a more concrete example, my brother is into ancient history. Lets say he is studying ancient Rome. He will pour over books on archaeology of the time period, all the ancient Roman religions, the Roman economy, education and legal system, the lives of the Caesars. He will have books that are just bibliographies of other books he needs on the subject. A more normal person might just read a book like "History of Ancient Rome". He will read the most boring shyt that only someone who is getting paid to teach on the subject would ever touch. At the end of the day, he is the last guy you ever want to get into an argument with regarding ancient history. Before he even starts discussing the information, he'll ask you a series of questions that just embarrasses you so badly regarding that fact that you aren't even qualified to have the discussion because you aren't familiar with the primary sources...

Then he will grab a drink out of the fridge while he's still arguing, start shaking it up, not realizing that he just unscrewed the cap 3 seconds ago, and wind up splashing it all over his face and shirt, lose his temper and throw it across the room

But don't you just fucking LOVE people like that? I do.

I don't think all of them are dumb, but in my opinion, the majority are pretty dumb.

Lol and don't act like you guys didn't have atleast one or two Taurses in your class who were dumb as rocks, couldn't grasp the concept of anything being taught and struggled to spell Grade 3 vocabulary words. Because I'm sure we all did. I still remember their names.

I have an older Taurus brother and he's like 25 and he's constantly asking me how to spell really simple words. I have a Taurus cousin who was 3 years old when her family relocated to North America and she still speaks with an accent. LOL.

They're smart with things that interest them though. Like money management. But most Tauruses are like old dogs. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. In a Tauruses case, you can't teach them anything they're not already familiar with. It's hard to describe but... Like you can't get a Taurus to understand how you feel if it's a foreign emotion to them. They only understand and connect to people who are emotionally like them. They are very simple people.

i had a gem cousin who spent 10 years in high school lol! i thought he was a taurus coz he was a big guy and lazy but it turns out he was a gem lmfao! it's probably his spoiled upbringing though.

I have my Jupiter progressed into Taurus from Gemini (it was retrograde in natal). I feel dumber. Before, I would read everything and felt like sponge soaking up anything, but now I kind of feel like a boring, dull, sloth.

Soon the retrograde progression will end and you'll be smart again 🙂))

It's funny. Every time one of these Taurus are dumb threads pop up, a bunch of replies follow claiming they are anything but. Then I think back to Taurus' I have known throughout my life and quickly remember the number of times I would tell myself, "God, she/he is so freakin dumb."

However, I don't think bulls are unintelligent. I think the demeanor of a textbook Taurus has them appear that way. They can be very silly, bubbly, aloof, laugh a lot, don't take things too seriously, and come off happy the majority of the time even in the middle of a freakin crisis. These kind of things can give off the impression that said person isn't too bright.

Just roll with it bulls. 😉
