How one person could possibly have A 'north node' conjunct Chiron & PLUTO in the eighth house?

How one person could possibly have A 'north node' conjunct Chiron & PLUTO in the eighth house? This is obviously a feature of my chart but I'd like to know what kind of effect that would mean I'm having on others and whether I do indeed have some sort of potent healing power somewhere inside me; waiting to be unlocked. EDIT: ** my apologies, Pluto is conjunct Ceres on my mid haven Sag. Any relationship to the 8th house? I've always been emotionally very strong - to the point I've pushed away people that truly care.
