When you meet a shy libra, how to tell if they're interested in you?

Ok so I met this really attractive libra guy recently and was so confused by him. He was shy when we first met, and did not speak to me. I said something to him before I left and the next day he was way more outgoing. He initiated some small talk, seemed very excited, sat next to me and avoided showing me some inappropriate meme jokes. After that we didn't talk, I caught him looking at me from time to time, but one time he walked right next to me after we finished class. We finally caught up again with some mutual friends but it was like he had two different personalities. He was relax and like himself with everyone but me. He had this serious expression, I almost felt like he hated me. He even started to brag about random stuff...later that day some of us came up to him and his friends and once he noticed me, he totally avoided me. He seems more reserved more. The only things that have stood out was that he walked around the classroom one time just to end up sitting in the row behind me when there was seats available elsewhere and he did a double take while walking past me another time. Which ascedant would suite these traits best? I'm curious.

Look at the Moon, Mars. And mercury aspects so are shy and look in the 11th and 12th house too

I don't know. We progressed slowly almost as if he was a Taurus sun instead of a Libra. Then he asked me out and I went. It was pretty simple. Take it slow and let him feel comfortable.

I'm not sure what his ascendant would be, but he might be interested in you. Just talk to him, get to know him on a friendship basis, and you can make more of an assessment from there

I love it when people just come to be naturally. With in my circle. It's few but it means something deeper.

As hard as it is to believe, I'm very shy when I'm around someone I like. Be his friend and chat him up, he'll open up when he gets comfortable with you.
