Well have you ever thought to yourself that maybe God has you on reserve for someone who truly deserve your heart. Think about that. You don't want just any ol creep just because you a lil lonely. @2blackindian3 thank you for your words. Everybody I know tells me the same thing. They tell me ohh if you stop looking it will happen. I've spent years prior not looking. Still nothing. Then somebody tells me put yourself out there date see who you meet. I do that and all I meet are jerks. Men who claim they are ready fir the real thing and all I get it used. I'm just too damn nice. I give, give. I'm just tired of being alone, but at the same time I don't want to be played a fool. So I remain single. It's so sad. I'm so sad. I'm losing all faith

same with some of my distant aunts, as most of my close aunts are all married and happy with grown children. But my mother in law has been single for longer than your mother. There's a ton of men too who are single forever. They reach their 60-70s and remain bachelors till death. Maybe, it's just not their time in this lifetime.

I've tried that. I've dated men whom I have met through friends,family and just by being out and about. Trust me I have been through it all. The past 3 years or so have been the most painful and confusing time of my life.

One man who I've dated in the past and who is a cancer, told me that most men want a woman who has their stuff together and when they get that they don't know how to handle it and just push away a good thing.

I think that's a big crock of shyt! I think it's because I know what I want and a lot of these men I meet can't handle that and don't know what to do. Idk. I act like a bitcch and I get played. I act all nice and I get played. Idk what to go anymore.

@Moodz well if you tried everything else, how about just stop looking completely. Try doing & focusing on things that make you happy. If you have a happy attitude, you'll attract a happy person who will be everything you dreamed off. Besides you can't find love anyway. It's not actually an object or entity that you can see walking around lol. So let love find you. I know this is hard, but really good people like us should trust ourselves. Im sure you are a good lady, so focus on being the best version of you. Have faith. At least God loves you. He'll bless you, just watch 😉

I know that it's better to be single than to deal with these fools. It's one of the reasons why it's been 13 years. I don't want to settle. I'm just disappointed in what has come my way lately. No substance. I'm not saying I'm perfect. I'm crazy, loving, caring, tenacious, driven etc.. I know what I want and I know I have to be patient. It just gets lonely from time to time. Today is one of those days. Tired of being led on. Tired of lies. Tired of Broken promises. Tired of being disappointed.

I have been doing my thing. Career, family, health, hobbies, plain old fun etc.. I've been focused on myself. I'm just missing something. That extra bonus to add to my life.

@arietteheart2 I just said I'm not perfect. I know I may have been at fault at some things. I said LATELY I have come a cross jerks. Brief history on why I been single for so long. My ex fianc? whom is the father of both my children. I was with him for 8 years. While engaged to me, cheated on me. I didn't know it was going on, he confronted me , after I found proof of his cheating. He stated it was going in for years. Mind you he is a Scorpio. Since then I stayed single for years taking care of my children and other things that was more important than trying to find a man. Raising two children on my own, going to school, working to provide a roof over their heads and clothes on their backs, food in their bellies. The past three years or so I finally put myself out there and have been nothing but my true self to these men I have dated and things didn't work out because of our differences. read my past post if you want . some are not pretty. just stating the fact that I've been single for this amount of time and it sucks to be alone sometimes. Simple as that. I'm having a bad day and I will get over it eventually. I always do. To those of you who have kind words, thank you. They help.

wait 13 years is more than 7 hahaha. I know Isabella Rosellini had reached 9 and i think KIm Basinger has been single for a good 10 out of famous people. Honestly i wish i had not broken my record i miss the feeling of being single yet now more than ever i feel the burden of it too. My dog has been single too for a long time. Life is hard some peopel live in war conditions etc. Love is All we Need this song is true

I understand people today are just plain buttheads. But don't give up and don't settle for less. I know about that saying plenty of fish in the sea but I prefer dating humans. Ha!
