It's mostly because Pisces are very fluid and have issues with stability and Cancers love stability so much that they become too clingy and overbearing for Pisces, lol. That's on basis of sun sign though.

pisces girls are great beautiful enchantress i agreed but they have high mood swings u know because of this what i figured out in my friend circle relation always crashed. Pisces girls are hard to handle to those like aries taurus caprion etc even scorpio too... NO to all other signs specially leo aries libra sagittarius ... little yes for virgo but virgos are two types one is clean and other is dirty type even if you see anyone with virgo ascendent is usually dark complexion or totally fair. the problem with taurus is they spoil your value between the friends or relatives, aries saggi are outspoken leo is sentimental but seldom shows hugh aggression same like libra. Don't need to read them, I have seen several relationships with these elements. Seems to fit. I'm sure it doesn't apply to all. Of course you are the exception right?
If you want a stable relationship, not necessarily boring.. Then you would have Taurus & Virgo. Taurus (94.9% ) is more emotional and sentimental and closer to cancer's character. Virgo (85% ) is more fun I think than Cancer and all of the other earth signs.
Never disregard a virgo/cancer relationship... although that depends on how much mystery you want. both understand each other very well, but if both can't communicate, it will fall apart. btw, i dont think that a virgo/cancer relationsip could ever be truly boring!
