In my personal experience, i have the best time with cancer men... we are just so alike... mirror each other in many ways.

There was this sexy cancer (july 2nd) we used to talk and i fell and wanted more... he wasn't with it so i adapted. i said cool and kept it FWB type thing. this has been 3 years now and everytime i get into a relationship, i just dont talk to him. But when i'm single, oh boy i'm single so i hit him up. but lately i've noticed that when i was single last summer (now w/ a Leo since sept) i hit him up and he says to me... "why dont you hit up the person you replaced me with". i'm like huh? what's the attitude? and i'm sorry were we together? lol then he wants to say i only hit him up for sex.... well duh! lol i thought we established this already? lol

i get it though cuz i'm the same way. although it is what its... i still have feelings for someone that i'm intimate with regardless of the relationship.

True that Cancerbabe but I got my heart stung and it didn't take more than once to realize this shit's for the birds. You can take care of your own needs. I speak from experience more than mere judgment. I've been where you have in the past and we really short change ourselves by giving some self ass an ego boost he didn't deserve. Just saying.

It seems from my experience to take more time to convince a Cancer woman to do the FWB thing to the point where she is completely comfortable with it.

I am a Cancer and I could spend a greater part of a year getting a Cancer gal secure enough to be fully on board, other signs it could take only a few weeks or weeks. I guess my Leo Venus and patience seems to adapt well with Cancer women's vulnerability.

During college I had a Cancer woman as a FWB and we never had any real drama.I knew she talked to other people but she never tried to make me feel jealous and always made time for me and even went out of her way so we could hangout. My Capricorn FWB was never consistent at all. Capricorns seem uncomfortable with maintaining a FWB thing unless they def know it will lead to something else.

But in the end, I don't think Friends with benefits is worth it. Having a long-term love bond with someone special more meaningful. I just couldn't do it without some kind of feelings

Cancers want a long-term bond, both the women and men alike.However, Cancer men will cling to a physical bond so they don't have to be alone. I feel the Cancer men will compromise easier/earlier in that department.

Physical bonds can be dangerous because they can bring out the jealous streak of Cancer man super easy. Cancer Women usually have more control in a FWB situation. A Cancer Man has ultimately no control in a FWB type situation and his vulnerability will cause the cited mood swings and outbursts of anger. We get attached and fight when we are told to let go.

Ultimately a Cancer woman can act somewhat crazy and get out of it 9 chances out of 10. A Cancer man has to be really mature and know how to pull the reigns in or he will ultimately be in jail. He will make the situation worse because of how hurt he is not thinking of the future consequences. He will make the other party feel like he is dangerous when he is at his core letting off steam and showing his vulnerability and wanted to be mothered in a way.

The Cancer silent treatment comes up alot on these and it at its core is so we can make you think we have power over you. Cancers have to see how you react when we are at our worst because even we hate the fact it sometimes can involve some flashing red and blue lights on how upset we can get at times.
