That's not very nice. But honestly it's a game to him. You can block, that would probably get him to text you. You can like his photos back, or just continue allowing him to like your photos and not show that it bothers you. Sounds like a reaction of some sort is what he's looking for from you. If you text him, who's to say he even texts you back? Then you would feel even worst. I say leave him be. Let him like your shit and don't pay attention to it. I once had a guy do that with me. He wasn't interested in really pursuing me, so I let him go. Only thing is he kept viewing my snap chat photos. I looked into it as something more than what it was. It's just social media which isn't of any importance. He may have been looking at my photos because he was bored.
