Understanding Cancer Men's Emotional Nature

Cancer men can be emotionally intense and sometimes hold grudges, which may cause conflicts. They often display caring behavior but can also be mean or deceptive when hurt. Recognizing their emotional complexity can help in managing interactions and expectations.

*sniffles*

ok, that made me feel better...feeling calmer...let's hope he doesn't call me again and set me off.😢

Look at it this way. You must've hurt him so bad that he's holding the grudge forever... Aren't you a bit responsible..? Anyways, good luck with the situation.

What i'm trying to say is that if he's holding this grudge forever, then he's probably hurting as much as you. I dunno... I don't know the specifics of your situation, so I can't directly comment. And, I know you probably not want to share it with the rest of the board...

Who was initially at fault? If it was you, did you apologize? If he's romantically interested in you, then.. forget it.. Anyways, just know that the hurt goes both ways.

Actually, I'm just relating your situation to my situation.. It probably isn't the same circumstances.

Yeah I'm good Misty 😛. I was really upset two months ago, but now I'm fine and moving on.. This post just reminded me of how I felt back then. I'm not directing my comments at anyone on this board. Just remembering stuff..

Thanks Misty, you're sweet.

Hey Melusine just disappear for a couple of days, don't answer the door, don't take his calls, turn off your cell phone. I did this, I was so pissed off that I didn't want to deal with anything so I turned my cell phone off and threw it under my car seat for almost two days then when I turned it on first thing in the morning he wouldn't stop calling me but I just rejected the phone calls. Then I finally answered at night and started just rambling on about my little brothers game like nothing and he didn't say anything he just came by to pick me up and go out. He asked me what was up and I said 'about what' then he asked me why I had my phone off and I said that I had had it on the whole time and it was never off, then he told me to stop lying and asked me if I was mad and I again said 'bout what' so then he told me why he thought I was mad but I just said that I wasn't mad. So he finally just said that was weird and he let it go. Then later on when he dropped me off he asked me if everything was cool and I said 'yeah' like why wouldn't everything be ok? and so he started to address the reason why I really was mad and was a real sweet and after that he's been really sweet. I never admitted that I was mad or said anything about me disappearing for those two days I just let him talk and said 'ok'.

I wasn't trying to be a cookiemonster but rather I needed time to cool off. And I didn't want to start going off on him if I talked about it because I was furious. Plus when I close off like that it means 'fine be an idiot but i'm just bottling stuff up and i don't care about whatever happens, i'm willing to leave'

But they know what they do wrong and so they should put in the effort or our flame may simply die out. But after he talked to me I was happy 🙂

Misty, I totally agree with you when it comes to this particular guy,Egotistical Bastard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Surprise...Surprise...I'm still mad at him!
At least he had the decency not to call back after I hang up on him...he used to do that before and that drove me crazy!I so need my time alone when I'm angry.

Kupo, from the way you act on the board I'm sure you are nothing like the cancer I'm talking about...HE CAN BE THE MEANEST PERSON YOU HAVE EVER MET!! To answer your question...we were both responsible and we agree on that point at least! It's just that he suffers from a disease that causes this sudden lapses in judgment, he acts like a total jerk then.

Mr.C,You're not MEAN, you're CRABBY...that's different!
anyway fish can be mean too...I can be MEAN as hell too
but not as mean as my cancer ex apparently!
GOD,I could kill that guy...

Hey Tauruschic,Thanks for the advice...is your guy cancer too?

That's exactly what I'm going to do.
Anyway I think he has learnt from past experience not to bother me when I'm angry...
for example he didn't try to reach me last night after our fight...guess he's just giving me time to cool off...

Yup I have a crab too and I'm getting the hang of him 🙂

Haffo is that a question? or are you trying to say that cancers get happy if you admit to being mad at them?
