You have to fight it like pest, volunteering is probably the best option for you. But it's not going to happen overnight. You will have to relearn & improve your social skills that are now dormant. Put yourself out there.
Key rule: don't fill the void with "anyone". You still have to be selective with who you hang out with.
OK? Cheer up. You are not as alone as you think you are.

I may have been exgargetting...maybe 20 times...like 20 messages..one time seeming like I am a cool girl asking him whats up and sending him pics of what I cooked and things like that.The next second,I am like, If you dint like the other girl, would have dated me.

Ok,,,this is the lowest point in my life,
The leo guy I went on one date!! One date , slept with the same date and then messaged him immediately when he stated that he has feelings for someone else.
I am recently divorced and have a hard time liking anyone and he was someone I really liked..
anyone after me sending him about 40 odd messages asking if I was a friend or a one night stand!!
he messaged me saying that " amy, you think too much , think about you."
He is leaving my country next week.
I even desperately asked him if he wants to see me again. he said maybe!! treetrunk!!
then I sent the 30 messages for which he answered amy, you think too much , think about you.
I message him good morning and good night
and sent a jersey of his favourite football team, a scented candle that he loves and a traveller diary to his hotel room as something to remember my country and me.
I am so sad that I cant have him
I havent messagd him today. But I am wondering what he thinks of me...so very ashamed
Any thoughts
