I know a Cap girl that's 15 and is arrogant as fuck, even more arrogant and bitchy than me. She has a Cap Sun/Moon/Venus, Sag Rising, Aqua Mercury and Pisces Mars.
I have Cap Sun/Mercury, Sag/Cap cusp Rising, Sag Venus and Pisces Mars.
Maybe there are differences in maturity amongst Cap men and women?

It may. I come across arrogant actually, but I am not. I know a few cap men that are the same way though. But once people get to know me, Im super chill and down to earth.

Yes , I do push and pull . Mostly because I don't like to be out of control of a situation , so I'm trying to contain and control my emotions. Keep them in check . Also sometimes it's to see if the person is worth my affection, not necessarily from feeling vulnerable . I honestly never feel vilnerable.
