Has anyone ever ordered from this site? Are you satisfied with your experience?

My stepmother sent me the link to show me clothes she's buying, and since spring (?) and summer are around the corner, I thought to get myself a few things! ?

I'm excited to see how everything turns out. I rely heavily on online shopping because I despise malls and prefer to not shop there.

I have several times! I love Zulily. Their customer service is amazing as well as their delivery. The quality of the products is pretty good too.

If an item is under $ 30 dollars and it is the wrong size or not as displayed in pic, they will give you a store credit without accepting the returned item.

Edit: Refer to their size chart when ordering clothes because their sizing runs big. For example, a xs is size 2-4 in US/Canada. Not an ideal site for petite girls like myself.

Yes, but they give you a store credit for the item that you want to return unless it exceeds their limit. As for items that exceed,they do accept returns. I ordered a Coach purse that was $ 200 or so and I wasn't satisfied, so they told me to send it back for return.

A lot of stores are starting to do this... they're starting to make the average sizes fit for plus sizes?? I've gotten this blouse from abercrombie once in small that felt like a freaking xl. Most people are actually petite yet there's very limited options for us in general... this always annoys me I just don't ever get it, does the industry really think for centuries the average woman is model height

Thanks for the info! OH, NO! Now I'm worried! I ordered those dresses in medium (even though I wear small), just because they seemed like they'd be cute kind of loose on me!

I have mastered ordering clothes on Amazon, but I will have to go through a bit of a learning curve with Zulily!

The exact opposite is true for places like Victoria's Secret (which I boycott and have never shopped there.) A girl I know is small but the sweat pants there that fit her are an XL! They need to quit screwing around with women's sizes and make them sensible like the men's clothes. Harrump! ?

I hate women's t-shirts because of the cut (I don't like my t-shirts hugging me), so I usually buy men's t-shirts in small.

This is why petite women shop with certain brands that cater to their sizing. When Victoria's Secret used to sell their clothes online, I used to strictly shop with them because their XS would always fit me. When they stopped selling clothes, I faced a conundrum and had to find a new retailer that catered to my sizing. I find American Eagle and H&M are still good for now until they go that route like other retailers.

If you're size 2-4 then you should've ordered small. But even if they are wrong, they will give you a store credit. I find their solution to the no return policy is good 🙂

I normally order scarves, boots, pumps, ruana and Swarovski crystal necklace from there and never faced buyer's remorse. Good quality and they are so beautiful that I get compliments from both genders on my things.

VS has been very good in my sizing as well as my gfs. So I'm wondering what the waist size of the girl,whom you are referring to as small, is? I'm 24-25 in waist.

It was clothing and they did not give me that option. This was 3 years ago. Maybe they've changed their policies since then? I'm still not interested in purchasing anything from them, tho.

Yeah, lesson learned if my dresses are too big. I do tend to like a loser fit. It is more feminine for me. 🙂

She looks tiny - like about that size or even a 22-24. But I'm glad she's lost interest in them, honestly.

These gray boots were so beautiful that I got them in black and khaki colour as well

I just ordered from them for the first time, 3 pairs of sandals, and was very happy with the price and how quickly they came! I will defiantly be ordering from them again and I'm not even a fan of online shopping.
