Posted by LibraMudraVery true, I do like my minced garlic and chopped onion for most (practically all scenarios), though there are some moments where powder is necessary. For example creating dry rub for ribs is a bit easier using powder since the grains are so tiny and stick well to the meat.
Skip the onion and garlic powder.
Always go fresh. Can't beat it.
