Best Tea Combinations
I don't really do tea combinations, however the Earl Grey and Camomile sounds wonderful.
I like to lightly sweeten my Camomile w/ brown sugar or agave and put a pinch of cayenne pepper in it 🙂

Normally I drink Earl grey English breakfast tea with a spoonful of honey

Are probably the best thing ever Agree or agree?
Anyone here tried it before? I'm doing it for 2 weeks, felt really good in the beginning and it does have its benefits, although I can't fully imagine that it's healthy or meant to.
I've used this for over 4-5 years. It's been repaired several times so it's on it's last legs. I really like the red espresso capsule and the small cup setting. sometimes i go big cup and let it cool and pour over some ice. the frother i didn't touch til

What and how much/little do you eat when you are depressed? I don't want to eat anything. Carrots are the only thing I don't have to force myself to eat. Weird, I know. What do you do to try to eat well when depressed?
