Carb's. I thought they were good for you. Quick energy. Runners stoke up with pasta before a race, because it burns so fast. I like pasta as well, just don't get it often enough. And I should work out. Right now I'm just excercising my neurons.. thinking it over. (baby steps...)

If I did not work out six days a week 3 hours a day I would be a 20 stone fat slob. I am 32 now and it gets harder every year to stay in shape. thats why I drink whisky and not ale or beer. I do not need a fat gut.

Are you going for "maintenance" or are you trying to add on as well? I used to lift on and off, back in school. One year was spent in powerlifting, which I liked, made you stronger, but doesn't bulk you up. (I'd rather been bulked.) I prefer lighter weights & high reps'. As it is now, I'm in shape, but not toned. Does that make sense?

mmmm....😛 bread crumbs... very good. I hate mushrooms but love stuffed mushrooms. I'll even eat stuffed oyster and clam though I haven't figured out how they do that yet since you don't actually eat the shell...hmmm the possibilities

and james... what does a stone equal in pounds? or kilograms?

I should run. I really should. I'd do better if somethings chasing me though. Cardio is the way to go. My problem is when I'm ready to quit, I'd be "halfway" from home. A treadmill's the answer for my problem. I applaud your stamina. No jokes there.

I love treadmills. I could power-walk all day on a treadmill. I hate lifting weights, I always manage to screw up my wrists or my ankles or my knees (those are really my only weak points, I'm very small boned and it seems like my bones can't handle large amounts of weight).

And I love stuffed mushrooms (esp. deep fried)

I'm a good sprinter, but then when I'm done, I'm done. I feel like I'm going to *die*. Much excessive panting. Can't talk. Red cheeks. It's the smoking. But then, I've never been a good long-distance runner. Used to kick ass at sprinting in school though.

People always say I walk fast though. I like walking fast (even just normally, not necessarily for excercise).

I hear you Sweet P. I am actually discussing taking a kick-boxing/women's self defense class with a Taurus co-worker of mine. We're excited...just have to round up the dough.

James, it takes me like at least 15 minutes to run a mile. lol. I am impressed.
