Since Hell has frozen over (I live in Southeast USA) I have been in a crock pot cooking phase lately. Yesterday I threw in there low sodium beef stock, oatmeal stout, a bag of 15 beans you get from the store to make soup with, cubed ham, andouille sausage, my homemade chili pepper hot sauce and crystal's for a kick.
I had to keep it on warm until I got home after working out but it was so good! Hot savory soup for days! And I only spent 5 dollars.

I was in a Chinese buffet yesterday and I had sushi and fruit all on the same plate. One of my grapes barely touched my wasabi...but when I tasted it, it was kinda good. I think I might serve it at my next party!
