Sushi

In fact I'm making sushi tonight

I like sushi as well. Since I had it for dinner last night (so called Tokyo set at St. Sushi) it's the first thing that comes to my mind when answering this question.

I also made sushi rolls (exclusively during lockdown, when the restaurants were closed) filled with fresh salmon, avocado and Polish curd cheese instead of tofu. It looked surprisingly professional and also tasted good. I might do it again. Shame you are not in the UK after all --hehe-- we could have swapped info about the best places to get the ingredients.

I'm going to pretend I'm forced to eat specific type of foods every day, and never able to change them.

For fruit it would be watermelon. I absolutely love it, and could easily eat it daily. Its also a good source of hydration and easy to consume. It taste amazing too.

A vegetable is a bit harder for me. I do love spinach, but eating it daily would be kind of bad. So I'm picking celery. I'll buy some fresh celery, and dip it in salsa as a healthy snack. Salsa has pretty much no calories, and celery is perfect for scooping.

For dairy it would be cheese. I could honestly survive off of cheese alone, and would still love it. I can't even name a type, because I love 99% of all cheeses.

I also love every type of nut, but specifically pistachios. I could eat a whole cup of them daily, and never get tired of them. It's one of my favorites

As for meat, this is hard for me to answer. I love all types of meat, but would 100% get tired of eating the same meat every day. Even if I named my favorite, I would eventually want something else. So because of that, in this hypothetical thought experiment I'd likely go vegan. Besides the cheese that is. No one will ever take my love of cheese away. If I was forced to pick a meat or protein though, it would be eggs. The reason is because they can be cooked so many different ways, so it can be changed up over time.

Even pork? I love meat too, but I cannot stand pork, that stinky fatty crap.

I'm not too fond of pork either. I just can't imagine eating salt pork while getting sea sick.
