picking up traits

gemini is a mutable sign and it's my understanding that those signs are considered more adaptable and versatile. im with a gemini now and ive noticed he's picked up my vocabulary and kinda silly use of slang words. kinda cute haha

but i was wondering if any of you notice picking up behaviors from people or if you find it common.

yes, i do have that bad habbit. but after awhile the real me comes out. 🙂

and yes, i have known a lot of other geminis who do the same.

I have plenty of Gemini friends & yes, sometimes it does seem like they have a way of adapting very well to their friends or loved ones. There have even been times when I've noticed one of my Gemini best friends starting to develop the same accent her boyfriend has. From knowing her for 15 years, obviously she doesn't have a Jamaican accent but for some reason, the longer she's around him the more she talks like him.

Guilty as charged. I don't realize it until it's too late most of the time. It's really bad between home and school. When I'm home, I don't use much of my vocabulary because not many people would understand me. But at school, I'm comfortable to be the whiz kid. But the adaptability of a Gemini is pretty cool to me. I very rarely feel out of my element.

I have moved around alot due to being a military brat and just couldn't keep still. I pick up accents so quickly. NOt intentionally, just kinda happens. I went from Wisconsin, to southern texas, to new jersey to seattle. my accent was all over the place. i had to focus and concentrate to get rid of it.

My Gemini copies me a lot; words and phrases that I use usually.

yes, I pick up traits VERY easily lol...it sucks at times... but I als think its kinda cool, I adapt quickly and I ''fit'' into a group easily because of this!
