whats the diffrence between libras and geminis

we got scales two geminis are like twins two like whats the difference we both have two sides right or am i wrong

i've been thinking about this since you've posted. on my own, i couldn't come up with an answer lol. this is a VERY good question! so, i did some research. believe it or not, the answer was REALLY hard to find lol.

the only differences i can find is, libra likes to take the lead and be triumphant. where gemini likes to follow and assist the lead. but also, likes to be the devil's advocate, taking the contrary position in debates.

i've been with a libra now for a little over a year and a half. our differences are soo subtle, i don't even pay much attention to them lol. we solve them in a blink of the eye. so, i don't see the differences long enough to notice them. sure, we get into arguements. but normally, we actually are on the same page, we just misunderstand the other. as soon as we realize that, the arguement is over. the only one difference i do notice is, i'm VERY optimistic and he tends to be pessimistic.

as to both having two sides. yea, i think you're right.

I don't like to follow either. I'm usually doing some random thing on my own anyway that no one understands. And I can't hold a real conversation with a Libra the way I can with a Gemini. Me and my Gemini roomie go AT it, the conversation has no dull moment we just flit from topic to topic. My Libra friends don't really have that capacity. Despite Gemini's "shallow" ways, I like to get deep on some subjects and no Libra has been able to take it there with me.

i like to assist the lead. i don't like being in the lead at all lol. i, also, do random things on my own too, but, if it's something we are doing together, i like him in the lead.

also, i find, that it's these misunderstandings that help me grow as a person, as well as it helps me to grow and understand others.

when it comes to conversations, i love that my libra doesn't flit from topic to topic. it teaches me focus. plus, with my experience with other gems, i don't really get a word in edge-wise lol.

Wow GemGal, I am honestly not like that at all! Not a bit. Also most of my close girl friends are geminis. We exchange ideas freely and debate over issues in a friendly manner. I have one gemini friend in particular that disagrees with me on quite a few issues but we listen to each other patiently and each one of us leaves the conversation feeling like we learned something from each other. My gem girls have a way of telling me like it is which irritates me but at the same time I know I need to hear it. From me, my gem girls get a patient and objective ear.

I dunno, maybe you're meeting the wrong pisces fems? Come to think of it, I have three water sign females in my life and I don't feel close to any of them. Ha, maybe I'm the exception to your rule.

back to libras vs gems, this is the opinion of an outsider looking in since I am neither and based upon my dealings with both... geminis seem to be all over the place. hot and cold. they also seem to need ALOT more freedom than libras. all the libras i know have the outward appearance of being very balanced, calm and poker-faced nearly all the time. They seem to internalize alot, only sometimes willing to discuss their feelings and only if you ask. Libra men seem to be more comfortable spending lots of time with their partners. I've seen many libra men joined at the hip with their partners while I don't think I've ever seen that from a gemini man.

and zoozs the Libbies like to keep everything nice and perfectly and sweetly balanced and the Juliets and the Goodfellows don't really care too much about everything being nicely balanced hee ee eeh wee sweet squeakies.

VSOP I know A AQUA who is also year of fire dragon and aloof from his family, dont know much more than that though.

Libra male and I got on great, he is guarded more so than me i think, yet more open in other personal directions. Compatible to say the least, we were/are. He is one who also made me realize, better to have good memories, that departures didnt have to be bad. Another new learning lesson for me, he was good for me and i miss all the talks we use to have. we spoke recently.

yea a lot of people mistake geminis as followers - they wait until they're ready to act doesn't mean they follow. Libras are really bossy though.
I think they're one of the signs that can easily figure out Libra bossy tendencies as a lot of signs mistake libra dimples as peace making only 🙂

The fact that most of the pisces girls I met here are not open to accept a different point of view.
It seems that you are not that open minded....While pisces men are the complete opposite in this.

naturally, one wants to bed you and the other doesn't, so will agree with what you say? 😛
i still think when people say people are not open-minded, they just want people to see or agree with their POV while they conveniently reject the other persons 🙂 in a roundabout way... air signs use this a lot.

I don't know about libra fems since I don't know any but I don't think libra men are bossy at all. I know several libra men and all of them let their women wear the pants in the relationship BIG TIME. Half the time I want to smack them around and say "Where are your b*lls??" They seem to be masters at putting up and shutting up.

Another thing I noticed...none of the libra males that I know have cheated on their partners, no matter how miserable they were in their relationships. I know several gems that cheat and they do it without feeling guilty.

libras loves to be the judge and jury on every thing are gemins indecisive like us cause i cant funtion without weiging the pros and cons

there are differences, for one I think gems are much more fun then libras are, and libras are bossy, its subtle, the way they show it but they make their point known and try to convince you the same. My ex and current are the same way. I also think gems go through mood swings more then libra whereas libras get detach.

i have a really love/hate relationship with libras. libra ladies get on my nerves because they never seem to know what they want and they say things like i dunno whatever you want and im like, dude, how does somebody NOT know what they want!? that always shocks me. and libra dudes just talk too much. it always manages to feel condescending too so i roll my eyes and tune it out. however, libras always make me feel welcome so makes it worth it.

ive just started meeting a lot of geminis and i feel like i have a lot more patience for them. they're not indecisive in the same way libras are and i find them a lot sillier. something about the gemini personality feels "natural" and less forced. they kinda just blurt stuff out and their mannerisms just flow

straight-forward, know what they want
like to sit back and relax (lazyness is not uncommon)
will consider new ideas and altering their philosophies
don't get too emotional about things, don't let issues get to them
once a relationship starts to really bother them they're out and don't look back
go back and fourth between extremes, one day rationalizing something, next day judging it
will not directly moralize but will try to break you down to make you learn a lesson
very sensitive to people's cores (often see auras when young) and are astral-sensitive with extensive dream capacity
can be selfless but high capacity for selfishness

Gemini qualities that Libras don't have:
willing to accept whatever life hands them, will make the best of it
do best in stable situations (can do without much risks)
get wrapped up in issues, get depressed easily
lots of energy, always on the go
love to complain about things
will continue bad relationships just for stability's sake
consistent; once they develop a philosophy they're set
will moralize but will also get over it if it's not received well (and come next chance, will attempt to moralize again)
are tuned into subtle vibes but too much energy and cerebral activity often keeps them from developing astrally
more capacity for being selfless (functioning to benefit others)

Qualities they share:
like to lecture, go in depth in explanations of things
stay detached if in their interest
hard workers if it matters to them
are capable of straying in relationships
but can also put up with a lot in relationships and be as moldable as necessary
synthesize information well
can lose temper easily
manage to stay levelheaded most of the time (even though being close to them you'll see a lot of the opposite)

I put it together based on the Libras and Geminis close to me and in my family. These two signs have always been of much interest and this topic especially I've considered lots through the years.
