
Does anyone have a particular exercise that you look forward to and enjoy doing (i.e. yoga, outdoor activities, etc.)?

I always hated exercising for some reason. It tires me out I gasp for air and feels like I wanna fall. My favorite exercise used to be pumping straight iron. I do need to start going back to the gym but nowadays I get home sick even if I spend just 1 hour at the gym.
I guess that didn't answer your question much but that's all I got.
What do you mean you get sick? Are you overtraining not getting enough calories?click to expand
