Posted by quarius_xyNo problem! I may try this for 2 to 3 months to see if my anxiety and fatigue change.
Interesting. Thank you!

Well it's pretty common for people who suffer from anxiety disorders to also have fatigue
There is only so long the body can produce adrenaline before it dissipates and you feel exhausted.
Think of it this way- before your panic attacks- Did you ever spend the day doing things that scared you? Like, spending the day cliff jumping, or riding roller coasters. How did you feel that night? Or the following day?
Probley really exhausted.
If you think your anxiety is related to diet, than fo sure- do it up. But there is only so long you can blame outside sources for the way you feel, before taking responsibility for your own emotions.
also dis makes sad panda- Limited fruits (berries, avocado, olives, lemon juice) 😢
I couldn't survive!

Posted by NimbleFeetYou can have meat and dairy just the clean kind and there are carbs you can have here is a list I found on another site of foods to eat.
No meat, no dairy, no fruits ,no peanuts, no starch—??!!!
You're going to starve yourself to death.
One more thing, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the brain can't function without carbohydrates.
