Does DXP no longer have a working URL BBCode?

Years ago I was able to use this HTML code https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_a_href.asp but now it no longer works properly.

I miss being able to Hyperlink addresses into words. Simply pasting links into my posts feels dirty to me, especially if the link is long.

It would be great if we could use this code or something similar: [url=option]value[/url]

To open in new window need to add target="_blank" in the < a > tag.
