Phantom messages

The first time this happened was maybe like 6-7 months ago.

I get a message, it shows as unread. I click on it and it loads absolutely blank. No header, nothing. But I can see a message in the preview. It will show marked as read and everything.

I refresh and it shows it unread again until I click on it. Blank message.

Happened again tonight. So now my inbox will constantly show these two messages unread. Every time I log in "2 messages." I can't even delete them. I mark them for deletion, it'll process, and take me back to my messages and there it is again, marked unread, visible in preview, but will not open.

Wtf is up with this?

Oh yeah... I have two messages-- supposedly.

I've never read them.

They won't open. 😐

Laggy server.

Just as postings being posted to threads take 10-20 mins to show, the same applies to messages.

Did you read the part where one message has been doing this for the last 6-7 months? This isn't new or related to the current crap we've all been dealing with.

I have had "1 message" displayed for almost a year now because of this. Now it's "2 messages."

Yeah, as you know I have the same thing. Inbox works now...

...up until I go back in time to that unread in message. Not only I can't read it and it teases me so because I see the first 2 lines in that message..but all the mesages before that message have vanished into the deep blue interwebz.
