I don't know, I guess she thought the debating part was really annoying. I think it was pretty much this one night when we all went out to this bar, and the whole time she was teasing me about us not being in a relationship, like, "you're too hairy, you need a wax" or "girls want guys that make lots of money, like lawyers" so naturally I debated everything she said. I guess she thought that was really annoying. Like at one point she was blowing out all the candles at the table we were sitting at, and I was lighting them again. Then I accidentally knocked one over and wax spilled all over my shirt. So then everyone dared me to take it off, so I did, and then a bouncer told me to put it back on, so I did. As we pilled into the car when we were leaving (we didn't get kicked out from the shirt thing, we were just leaving), she said never to take off my shirt again unless I got waxed, and I was like, "I just did!" I mean, I can see that all being annoying, but I was just standing up for myself in my own unique way.

You probably embarrassed her by taking your shirt off in public and getting a warning from the bouncer. Libras HATE to be embarrassed.

I have dumped guys for bad table manners before because it embarrassed me.

Libras need other people to admire their lovers. We always want you to be seen in the best light. By embarrassing yourself, you actually embarrass the Libra because she sees how you act as a reflection on her.

Yes. It probably explains everything. A looong time ago, we all went to a different club, and I made everyone play telephone because it was really loud in there. She really seemed to admire the way I got everyone to do it, and even remarked that it was interesting that I had done it. So she liked that. But okay, so for her to go out with me would be really embarrassing, because I should be embarrassed to have been going after her for so long, right? I would imagine there are many things she thinks I should be embarrassed about that I'm not.

Nope. She would be embarrassed because you were seen in public without your shirt on and everyone knows what you look like especially if you are less than perfect. (Actually for me taking your shirt off even if you were perfect would be rather uncouth and I would dislike it a lot.) Also you almost got kicked out of a club, which would have embarrassed her.

Well, I agree so I'm not going to bet you. And it's probably not worth trying to fix, especially if I'm the kind of person who is prone to do those kinds of things. I'm not saying I am, but then, maybe I am. I did it that time. Would it even be possible to fix?

Libras generally like a guy with a bit of class and sophistication. She would have been drawn to your leadership skills and your charisma.

I might see her like once a month if she happens to go to the same club that I go to. Usually she and her friends will see me dancing, which is totally wild, and try to get in with me. I would think my wild dancing would be somewhat embarrassing, but she thinks it's really funny. Maybe it's both. Thats pretty much it.

I just want to figure myself out as much as possible so when the next girl that I want comes along I don't do the same thing all over again. Do I enjoy the attention I get from my stupid replies? Well yes, but at the same time, my stupid replies are designed to strip everything to it's most basic level so that I can really figure it all out. And seriously like some of the people on here are over 40 and trying to figure stuff out so I don't see whats wrong with me being 24. I obviously don't have it figured out yet, so here I am. I have figured out a lot of stuff I think, and if I ask questions about things I've already figured out, it's just to be absolutely certain that I haven't missed something. That sounds kind of libranish, but whatever.

Why don't you go try some earth and water signs. There's a virgo and a capricorn that I'm hanging out with tonight. I like the capricorn alright, and I'm pretty sure she likes me, but there doesn't seem to be that chemistry that I want. We can have little conversations about things that last a few seconds and then it's dungh... and then we might start another one, and then dungh. And while there's a certain level or interest in the conversations, I really don't care about most of the topics or where the conversations go. Maybe 3D Fear Factor at the mall will change that, who knows.

I didn't see the libra last night, I haven't seen her in over a month. I peeped her myspace profile and it said in a relationship. Pretty stalkerish really. Gotta love myspace. I even went so far as to find out that her new guy is a sag. I bought her some drinks a long time ago. Thats in this thread a few pages back I think. Anyway, I'm not sure I'm going with the cap, but I think she's more interesting than I did. There's still not like a huge attraction, even though I think she's pretty cute.

Now, there was another libra once that I really liked, and whether she liked me or not she certainly flirted with me quite a bit and came over and we had platonic half sleep overs. But I suspect I messed it up by jokingly telling her that the song on HER myspace profile was my theme song, and the song was called worked up so sexual... She still talked to me and sounded interested for a while after that, but then she went on vacation, and I never heard from her again. Oddly enough I was still in her top 8, and actually moved up, but months went by without a word, and she didn't return my calls, so I got mad at deleted her. Still nothing.

Back to the capricorn, I do get sort of an interesting business like prestigious feeling when I'm around her. She seems like a really neat person, but then there's the attraction thing again. I don't know, these are just my observations.

I don't think you put her off by saying that her myspace song was your theme song. The fact that you didn't make a non-platonic move probably put her off. She probably assumed nothing was going to happen and moved on.

- if you do look at her, don't look for long. I want you to scope the crowd
- if she is at the bar, you are going to go up behind her, put your hand very lightly on the small of her back and lean over her to place an order then you are going to back off
- at some point, you are going to go and buy her one drink
- then you are going to go off with someone else

Well it would have been awkward if anything had happened since the only times she visited me and we had platonic half sleepovers, she also brought along our mutual aquarius friend, who warned me not to get too into her since she does stuff like that with guys all the time and then just disappears on them after they fall in love with her. Which is basically what happened, except I was forewarned. I mean, the were half sleep overs because she would sleep over until maybe like 4 am, then the aquarius friend would want to leave, and she would go with her rather than stay with me. I mean I suppose I could have asked her to dinner, but I had reservations due to the aquarius friend's warning. Haha, dinner reservations. Not that kind.

Doesn't matter. It is really about YOU being confident.

This is all very subtle power play. What you will be doing is showing her attention and getting bored. Picking her up. Putting her down. She gets your attention than you move on. See?

It is all random reinforcement. If she has any interest in you, it will peak up again. But you have to be consistent in your inconsistency.

Also about getting her a drink ... if you get her a drink without asking her, which is also a great, because you are subtly saying I will provide for you and I know what you want/need.

It is all very subtle. I wish I could demonstrate the hand on the back thing. It is REALLY powerful because when done right and done sensually it shows ownership of her body. This is a VERY powerful technique. Even if she storms off ... she will think about it for a LONG, LONG time. which because she is a Libra is what you want. You need to get in her mind and get her thinking about your body being close to her.

Seriously, stop trying to cram her down my throat. It's awkward enough with her mom trying to set me up with her, and one of the comedy club owners kept trying to push me to ask her out right in front of both of us (her mom is a comedian too so thats how I met her).

I mean keep her as an option but look for other options.

I am trying to teach you subtle seduction techniques. You need to develop an air of cofidence. I get the feeling you come across as goofy instead of sexy.

I don't think anything bad has happened to me kris. It's not like I think I feel bad about myself as a result of my run in with her, it's just helped me realize some of what I need to work on to be who I want to be.

I used to like a Taurus girl a long time ago, but then I rode in the car with her for a long trip and I was like, nah. And virgos tend to just make me shut down. In my experience with caps male or female, they're a lot of fun sometimes, but then most of the time there's just nothing to bring us together in whatever activity is going on. These are just observations. I like being able to see that I'm driving someone completely nuts, either in a good way, or a bad way. The only time I tend to notice any earth signs doing this is when I've really pissed them off, which I don't like seeing, or when I somehow do something really funny or something that makes them laugh really hard, but it's rare, and it's just not the same as when you do something and then they're like, "omg, did hear what he just said", or "see what he just did" to their friends. It's when I can do that, that I really feel like myself and I'm totally comfortable with someone. On the other hand, maybe it would get boring being able to impress someone all the time so easily, and then I would want an earth sign who would be more of a challenge. It's just that when I do impress them, I usually wasn't intending to, and when I intend to I hardly ever do. Thats sort of an exaggeration, but it's basically what I've noticed.

Alright, well I've hung out with the Capricorn girl a couple of times now, and I have a new thread about it in the Capricorn board if anyone wants to read it. There is also an interesting Gemini I met a while ago, but who I rarely see because she has a lot of drama in her life right now. A friend of hers is a comedian so she comes out to shows sometimes with him.
