After lying low, i tested the waters recently... and met a guy who i can talk for hours. Good.

After I got his details yesterday I found out that he has almost the same elements as the one who broke my heart *sigh* Being born just 4 days before (this is an Aug 9 Leo), he also has Mars in Scorpio. Bad. He can be even worse because all his 3 Scorpio planets are in his first house. Very bad. The signs are showing.

Now my question is... how do you estimate the Mars placement? Is there a quick way to do it?

I just want to avoid Mars Scorpio. I cant deal. Not for me. No.

From the Earth point of view, Mars can be on the other side of the Sun. So unlike Mercury and Venus, Mars can fall anywhere, not always close to the Sun (example Mars can trine or opposite the Sun).

But I still believe the chances are bigger to have the same Mars as your Sun (or neighboring Signs)

Example a Leo Sun will most likely to have a Leo Mars as well, and will least likely to have an Aquarius Mars (although it's possible).

I have to look at Mars ephemeris to make sure of it. Something I haven't done before.

I apologize to the Leos who have their Mars in Scorpio... but maybe you're good with other placement, just not for me. I have some Scorp in my chart that might be the reason why I attract these people... and the Leo Suns are the ones who are bold enough to come forward and i like them too. But really I have an issue with anything Scorp-related. I just want to avoid Scorpios in general. In this case, Mars.

Thank you... It will be a big time saver if we can filter out dead-end cases easily 😄

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the issues with your ex have less to do with his placement and more to do with the person he was. Two people with the same Mars placement won't necessarily act the same way. There's a lot more to a person than their Mars placement. For all you know you could be missing out on someone good.

Do your disinterest in Scorpio Mars men have anything to do with the synastry in your charts or is it just your preference??

I only asked for his birth details after observing the similarities. It feels like different flavors, the same essence.

These guys are just too much for me. This one wants to get married this year. I was like 0_o whoah too fast, too soon. Im not going to get married this year.

Him: We are at the right age, with stable career etc, im sure of this. November.

Me: We need more time to know each other better and to make sure. (+more explanations)

Him: How much time do you need? 2yrs, 3, 5? We're just going to see things we wont like, but each person is different and nobody is perfect. Do you want kids? Women might have more difficulty conceiving after 35.

Me: How many kids do you want?

Him: 5

Me: No no no way 5 is too many!! Im not even sure if i can handle 1.

Him: (laughed like a lunatic) 2 is enough. We can have a baby 2 yrs after getting married.

Me: Im still not marrying this year. Im curious why do you want November?

Him: It is cold. What months do u like?

Me: Only because it's cold? Not about the numbers? February, October, December. But not this year.

Him: Numbers have no significance. Ok, February will be the latest. But this year would be better.

Me: I will not marry this year, but dont you think 8/8/18 looks nice?

Him: Ok let's do it 8/8/18 final. It's the day before my birthday. That will be my best bday ever.

If I accept the job offer to Germany, you can go with me and we'll get married there.

Me: No way. How about family And friends? (still curious)

Him: Call your family and friends. I will book the tickets.

Me: I want to continue working.

Him: You can work if that's what you want. It's good. You can raise the kids if something happens to me. But later let's see how we can manage the home.

Btw, i clearly did not even accept him as official BF yet. But these guys are THAT sure of themselves. I will have a video call with his mom tomorrow (scheduled before all the other stuff came to light). He is briefing me on how to respond to his mom.

Me: Im going to talk to her, ok? We are going to speak in our language and you will not understand a single thing. We will understand each other though, better than you and I.

I've been here before and it will be an endless attempt from his side to bust my boundaries, esp bedroom boundary. We discussed it and i wont put myself alone in a room with this guy.

Im not sure if it's my Virgo Mars+Venus.. they have Virgo Venus+Mercury too.. so i can only see the issue in Scorp Mars. It is exact conjunction to my Saturn. Endless attempt to blast boundaries to smithereens. In the long run, all these negotiations and bargaining are exhausting to both parties. Irreconcilable differences.

Are you 2 talking in person or online?

you know, personal interaction is better imho, before making generalizations
