After 6 years with this dude, where is the doubt now coming from?
This sounds like guilt. Ask him if there is another girl in his life.

Yup. Has he started buying new clothes, underwear and stuff like that, working out more, trying to get into better shape?
If you've started doing this type of thing, it could lead to his type of questions as well.
This is a sign of cheating, when all the sudden you want to start looking nicer, if you've been in a relationship for a while.
I knew my ex leo was cheating when he started paying more attention to his image...particularly shaving his private parts.
I fell out of love when I saw that he started shaving and it wasnt for me.

I'm in a relationship with a leo guy since 6years. We are happy. But from few days he is asking worst questions like ( is there anyother guy in your life. i want the truth) and doubting me. Don't know why he is behaving with me like that. I loving him so much but his behaviour hurting me. If i asked him why are you asking me like that he is saying I'm just casually asking that questions then saying sorry and getting angry.
Except him no other guy in my life.
Not sure why everyone is saying that he is cheating without any evidence to support that idea. Before people here make you unnecessarily paranoid about your 6 year relationship, try to see if there are any changes in his behavior. As @leooox said, he could just need reassurance.
Has anything changed recently? Did either of you get new jobs or start going to school? It's possible things aren't going exactly how the Leo planned in his own life and he may think you're getting bored with him. Sags are notorious for craving new adventures. He may feel like he's not providing you with enough novelty to hold our interest. When you ask him what's wrong, he may be too ashamed to tell you (hence why he becomes angry).
If he is being unfaithful, see if there are changes in his daily routine. Is he wearing new clothes? Is he suddenly keeping up his hygiene/grooming? Has his attitude toward you change. Do you feel like your almost dealing with a different person?
The only real way to know what's going on with any Leo is to talk to us. Let him know that you've noticed his question and know that there's something wrong. Sometimes a Leo just needs to know we are understood. We are often so busy putting on a strong face that we forget how to ask for help.

Yeah I'm going to switching my job soon. He knew it because i will tell him everything in detail. But our job locations are same. I felt like he wants to spend more time with me. Compared to previous days his caring and interest towards me increased. He even won't ignoring my messages.

You haven't really explained much here. Have you done something to make him feel this way?
Have you pulled away from him in some way?
Leo's notice alot more then people give us credit for. Every change, we see. How about asking him why he is feeling this way. Think back to something that may have happened for him to think there is someone else. Leo's need reassurance. They need to know that they are your one and only.
I know when I feel like something is amiss, I go silent and observe.

Is your job paying way more money than his job? If so, he could be starting to see you as too good for him.
But in general I say keep giving him verbal affirmations and if it doesn’t get better in 30 days, he may be up to stuff himself or he just needs to work on his own insecurities that have nothing to do with you, so don’t internalize it.
After 30 days of no change, tell him y’all should take a break and that u can resume after he goes to therapy bc you’ve been nothing but good to him yet his insecurities are spoiling the relationship.
Leo’s are naturally skeptical and my ex would say things like “this is too good to be true.” That something must be wrong with me, or that he loved me more than I him. But I rlly loved him n never cheated on him in the 4/5 years we were together...we broke up over unrelated reasons.
