I may be somewhat demanding and have high standards. My checklist for a partner has to many things like - fun-loving, loyalty, neither too needy nor cold, considering me an equal and not less, a good sense of humour, etc. to name a few.Very few men are able to give me most of what I want and only to that kind of a man can I give my all. So who's a Leo woman's perfect match, you think? Capricorns are too quiet or reserved for me. Scorpios can be passionate and deeply loving, but I find the Scorpio guy I know also to be less lively than I want my man to be. Gemini seemed to work perfectly well as a match, but what they call "evil twin" is too annoying and their inconsistency drives me mad. A rather quiet but fun-loving Leo man from two years ago came back and told me that he's interested. Now I'm left wondering - should I go for it?

Leo sun women can work with nearly any sign. I've only seen it not work so well when a lioness is paired with an Aries or a Sagittarius. I dated both of those signs before and it was a disaster, though granted part of that was youth and immaturity.

I always contend that Leos understand each other the best. A Leo man will immediately understand the needs of a Leo woman and have the same amount of drive to keep up with her. The question is whether or not the relationship becomes too much of the same personality.
Other than that, Leos do well with other fire signs, Leos understand the needs of other fixed signs. Leos have similar cores as Aquarius, and Leos will be attacted to air signs. Beyond that Leos will enjoy annoying Cancers, laughing with Virgos, conversing with Capricorns, and figuring out Pisces.
