I find going to a friendly bar, flirting madly with the bar keep, and telling it is your birthday and your boyfriend broke up with you (so he gives you free drinks) a good stress reliever for such times.

Do you have an emergency girl supply? Girls you can grab and go out with? I find flirting madly with inappropriate men eases the pain.

If you were here, I would take you out and make sure you had fun. A friend who buys you a shot, pats your back, and points to all the hot guys in the room is handy for times like these.

I hate it" but sometimes you have to know when to walk away...you obviously thought it was time but its never too late....sometimes there's also a time where you have to swallow your pride and turn on the waterworks?? but knowing Cappys?? ummmm..yeah good luck!!

I actually like LS' suggestion - go out, pretend its your b/day, etc and have a damned good time 😛

Hey - I just popped two of something or the other and it appears to be working. Had two decaff coffees as well. Feel a Diet Coke coming on very soon. White chocolate would be nice.

I have also just done my hair and it's just fab and it's going to be a great day. Rain predicted all day but I am going to play sunshine non-stop. Whatelse do you do on a morning like this?
