Me and a Capricorn?

Something is going on. I am just not sure what.

Anyone know about Libra and Capricorn?

OMG Little Sparrow are you sure you want to hang with a Capricorn?? I find them so cold and calculating...*shrugs*

Whats going on is your going to have a magnetic attraction to each other. There will be a lot of chemistry on all levels and your going to admire his slow methodical and stable approach to life and he your free spirited optimism and ability to find footing in any adverse situation but you will turn to fin him emotionally insecure and that one of his underlying motivations is material wealth for the ability to impress others and he will become impatient with your ability to turn on and turn off situationally.

He might even grow to become possesive and you will have to do exert a lot of effort to keep things on an even keel.

Actually, he seems really warm and generous.

There is a weird attraction going on, on all levels. I never saw it coming and am not sure what to think. I am quite taken back as every now and then when our eyes meet sparks fly. Everyone is commenting on it because they can feel the attraction when we look at each other.

There is a real tenderness and sympathy going on. I feel like I can be soft with him, which under the circumstances is hard to believe.

I don't really know if I even want a relationship with him but at the same time, I feel like he has my back and that he is my emotional support at the moment ... even though we don't have big conversations of this vein.

It is just like everything is understood.

I have had two relationships with capricorn girls that started off exactly how you describe. They unravelled after not much time.

I have plenty of explerience with the Capricorn. At first, you feel like you two are the same person. Second, they dazzle you with their sexual appetite. Third, they baffle and confuse you with their perspectives on just about everything. You stand faceless and flabbergasted wondering what the hell attracted you to them. Although, when they want you, they REEAAAAALLY want you. They will stand the test of time to wait for your heart. Its really aggravating. Anyway, that's just my experiences. Also, I don't know Capricorn men, so that may not pertain to your situation at all.

Yeah. I have a feeling this situation is going nowhere. When I look at it objectively, we are way too different. Our life style s, our tastes, etc.

But when our eyes meet, I will suddenly melt into my easy going, gentle, tender feminine energy. I am very tender when I am around him, especially when it is just us.

We just have these little moments. Or he will put his hand on my back and I will just settle right down. I feel like we have an unspoken teamwork thing going on too.

It is just really, really odd.

Capricorns are a very supportive sign, especially in a work-like environment. I can see how the external Cap image could appeal to a Libra, but from my experience the person they portray in "public" is much different than the person they are in "private" (once the "curtain goes down"). Just be careful that you are buying the product and not the packaging, if you now what I mean...

Hahahahahahaha! And frustrate you, and make you want to beat your head against the wall until your brains become pulp, and.... LOL! One of the hardest things between me and my ex-Cap were arguments. A Cap will not back down and admit they are wrong even in the face of logic and fact proving them wrong. Something along the lines of a moral imperative. It is like the two of you are speaking an entirely different language, one that sounds familiar, but obviously isn't.

Example mini-argument:
Me: "It's like 100 degrees outside. I am turning down the AC."
Him: "It's not that hot. You don't need to turn down the AC, just turn on the fan."
Me: "One, the fan isn't going to do squat in this humidity. Two, it IS that hot outside."
Him: "It is not that hot outside."
Me: "Ummmmm, hello?!? That says the outside temperature is 98 degree."
Him: "Yeah, it's 98, not 100."
** stare at him blinking several times trying to wrap my mind around that **
Me: "Whatever. I AM turning down the AC. Freaking deal with it."

It is like trying to argue with a Cancer... Completely and utterly pointless.

For the last time, stop consulting with extraneous people , make up your mind whether you like him, then talk to the guy where he is at in his life. This is true for all Librans

He will tell you why it wouldn't work, cos of his inherentnt pessimism or practicality.

But if there is enough juice to sustain a relationship you will get a stable partnership out of that talk, Otherwise you will have a hassel free friendship for life.

We dont like bad investments.

A Libra guy I know has always been attracted to me because I am truthful and I have ground, and keep my modesty. I just know it won't work between us because he is too vain and social for easygoing me.

I don't know what Capricorns you all have been meeting lately, because I'm nice and optimistic until it hurts!!! All the Capricorns I know are extremely nice. It's usually strangers and people that don't know us WELL that get the other end of that stick.

Yes. Capricorn isn't just curiously or sincerely interrested, but magnetically mezmarized by Libras ability to optimisitically create their own enviroment. Our basic behavior and personal characteristics frees their own desire and spirit. And they like it, they like it a lot. The only people I have seen "fall in lust" faster than a Libra are Capricorns who are doing so with Libras. The initial attraction is like wise. Our gentle flow, easy and confident persona is hypnotizing them while their steady, diligent and methodical approach to their own lives "seems" to provide the perfect balance to ourselves.

I laughed out loud there because of the irony that exists and only people who have been in the Libra/Cap relationship will understand. they will pull out their own beating heart just to show you that you can take it from them.....they think they are being selfless and romantic, we just wish they understood that being so uncontrollably submissive is more confining than freeing.

I have been friends with him the better part of a year, seeing him at least once a week. I know where he is at life. I do like him, but I doubt we are compatible long-term. I am just curious about this seemingly out of nowhere attraction that is going on. It seems almost like a soulful attraction which has sprung up out of nowhere.

LS, just wait and see. I don't know about Libra/cappy compatibility besides what I have heard. For me they are corny... The guys, great, sweet thoughtful, but not enough fire for a scorp...

Cappy girl friends I have and have had are the nicest people, thoughtful, however, they don't seem to understand that no means no sometimes.

I think you are right. while we aren't the best match in a lot of areas there are a few things we get along well on. The last cap relationship I was in had a real traditional feel to it. She enjoyed cooking for me and tending to me which was a little akward at first because I am very independant and don't like to feel the other person thinks that I want to or need to be waited on but I realized that she really enjoyed it, and she had a genuine interrest in my work, and my goals and was very supportive in the down to earth and practical ways. It was a really classic relationship in the roles of the man/woman aspect and She liked me to take the lead in comming up with ideas and plans. I would come up with the ideas and she would arrange the small details to arrange for it. That was kind of cool. But she put me on a pedastal and libras like to be admired but we don't want to be idolized really. It's hard to explain but there is a fine line there. Myself and the other libras I know have the trouble of being fallen in love with really quickly and our partners elevate us to some sort of "god like" status and I just want to keep things real. It was like i fulfilled some sort of idealistic fairy tale fantasy for her and that is a lot of preassure and there isn't a lot of realism in that.

Nic, this is so true. I've had the exact same experience with the Caps. They also want you to be the one they can always look up to for "everything". They will support you, but they want you to be the strong arm. They will worship you and expect everyone else to as well. The cooking, cleaning, and serving you at your feet is really a bit much.

I guess Cappy girls are just good ol fashion girls. Seems very true for the female Cappy's I have known, they are caterers, however there should always be a balance. They can really go overboard, and most times end up getting hurt.

Exactly LP. This could actually lead me into a philisophical explanation of why the submissive person in any dominant/submissive relationship is really the person in control but I am refraining.

It isn't just caps. People tend to fall in love with the idea of us and it is definately true for caps especially. She had a god like view of me and that is not good for anyone. I was infallable, whenever we disagreed she looked at me like the points I was making was some sort of self evident truth that she was not capable of realizing until it came from me and it is hard for someone to react in such a way and for me to still think they had any idea of what they were trying to get accross in the first place.

I don't mind taking the lead and being the strong arm situationally when I can see that it needs to happen because I am the only one seeing the correct thing to do but if it needs to happen all of the time then the reality of the situation is the other person doesn't have the capacity to see whats right on their own and they are really just dead weight. It is one thing to be the one with the big picture, the vision and be willing to make the necissary adjustments along the way to see it through but if one has to constantly be in or have control in the other persons eyes then that person really doesn't have the strength in my mind to keep a relationship light, easy and smooth.

It isn't easy having a pleasent, balanced, easy going and comfortable relationship, it isn't that we aren't willing to work for it, it means that if it takes too much work then it is consuming too much energy and time that we need to spend on taking care of other things. We are in control of our own lives, they need to be in control of theirs.....period. If I want to take care of both parties in a relationship ill get a dog.

WEIRD! This is kind of what I am getting from this guy. That he wants me to lead him. I get the feeling he wants to submit to me. He has pretty much flat out said so. I really feel he wants me to look after him.

I dont know about Libra and Cap much but I know there is a tie that is hard to cut between Scorp and Cap - it's loyalty . Even we disagree alot of times , and even once in a while , a big argument might appear , one walks away from another and thinks this is the end of this . It isnt ! In fact the tie is just stronger one after time . Cap are perfect as long term friends , and Gemini too , they re my best friends 🙂

caprichick, we caps or any women really should learn how to enjoy more 'receiving' than 'giving' before serous commitments. It's much more fun than you realized . I think this has to do with the society and the times we're living in now. We can do so much more things now as women... then we may feel like we have to work a little harder that we lose that part of ourselves. I know many women like this.

LS, I've always found Caps very CONSERVATIVE and from what I've read from you, you're not. So that's another thing to consider.

I am happily dating the Aries. The capguy is one of my very best friends. I eventually convinced him it wouldn't work out anyway ... which he agreed it wouldn't have. I love him to death but he is way too much of a party guy for me.

Actually Atom, Capguy is more of a bohemian than I am. He is a musician/photographer, doesn't have a day job, etc. Most of his friends are very young models. He pretty much lives the rock 'n roll life style .
