* Well Libras do seem to be either free spirited, take it as it comes without a care in the world or really structured, pragmatic and grounded so I can see one of the latter getting on with a Cap ok.

I have all the appearances of being a free spirit who just rolls with it, underneathe I am very structured, pragmatic, and grounded.

Libra does adjust, cap cannot. Most times when you find a cap-libra couple, you will find that libra is the one who is depressed and lost. Cap will be the same, ruling the way they like without compromising on anything.
