Yes i was on here before about a leeb man stalker his moon is an aries. He got most of libra in his charts. I been getting messages off insta from him for a week off and on. We stop contact. I will get a message i see it's his name then he will delete it. I don't know what he wants but hes blocked. It looks like he keeps making accounts and been seeing him ride by my house 5 times in a row. Smh there's nothing the police can do and i don't know how to ignore it because i had an crazy Aries ex that was a stalker trying to kill me once. No lie I'm paranoid for my safety. Any suggestions thru a situation like this. My friends says he keeping tabs on me. Why would he want to come back. Im over him.

It's correct but you know what police will say - report when you hurt! Otherwise h driving by every 5 min without harming you does nothing for the record!

Men pass by girls house all the time it doesn't mean we want you. I pass by my ex's house multiple times and like your Libra I am in a full fledge relationship. It means nothing! You are describing activity that happens to millions of normal people everyday.
