Pretty sure in 18 years, this will be the face she makes as she's on the back of some dude's motorcycle speeding off into the distance.

She is a Sag after all.
Lord, help me πŸ˜‰

Hahaha!

She's a sag? God help you, lady. You're screwed! πŸ˜›

Also it has to be come kinda Seattle thing right? Like no services of such between certain hours etc etc. Which to me never really made sense, sorta encourages a binge like hey let's drink all the alcohol before this place shuts.

lol wow that is pretty bad! I bet there's some awesome house parties there then! If you can't be served at a bar, bring all the alcohol and party it up at someone's place πŸ˜›

But that would suck considering sometimes I don't even finish work til 3am. Glad we're a bit more lenient with it here! All the hospitality staff would end their shift and congregate at the one bar helping themselves to alcohol lol

Hey it could be anyone's house party who knows! But you said you wanted to get to know people right seeing Seattle seems like a boring city for you. It's what I would do just go out and make some friends or whatever it is that I do.

e.g. I goto Melbourne, have no idea where to start after being to some of the major places with friends before. Went out to grab some food, started talking with the waitress there and she told me about an awesome roof top party, met more people there, kept in contact and we'd party it up when I'm down there or when they come up here.

Any city can be boring if you allow it to be.

*shrugs* use your libra rising to good use? I've never had problems with making friends. There's a point to make a complaint but then not doing anything to fix it won't really do you any good. Cliques will always exist wherever you go.

Could be! I had a zippo lighter like that once and the flame almost set my hair on fire!

LOL Aquanoz. I would believe this, but this is coming from the guy that told me that Mushrooms attracted unicorns. *doubt*

The kind of Mushrooms which he mentions, certainly brings in the unicorns and god knows what else.

Am I correct Snozzy? πŸ˜„

@NYAA: thanks πŸ˜„ gonna have to look after this one methinks, looks expensive and I feel like it's too sentimental to wear lol.

and to the Leebs, haven't experienced this with the others yet at least not at this stage but thought I'd ask anyway what gifts do you usually get someone? would it usually hold sentimental value?

TLS, nice watches and jewellry supplement in the FT Weekend this week

Yes, was reading on it. Which article did you enjoy best?

Do you also keep up to date on what is going on in the auction world tiz?

I haven't actually finished past the first 2 pages. I liked the report on the big three going after jewellry acquisitions. And one analyst saying women buying watches based on movements rather than looks is changing the game. I laughed and thought of our talks at that point.

The most I keep up to date with auctions is on Christie's Longitude. If you know of any other good links please do let me know.

Yes, of course the market in regards to women are changing. Back in the days, one must acknowledge the fact that jewelry acquisitors were mostly men, who bough them for their wives, mistresses, daughters and so forth. Now in the current times, the modern woman, has her own career, she relishes in her ability to reward herself, hence their obviously much more developed knowledge and within this comes their higher demands within tastes, beyond pure aesthetics but into the mechanics being what they wish to acquire. Although still predominantly women, prefer to purchase a watch which intertwines the two factors, glamour and sophistication. But yes the shift is more and more noticeable as the years passes by, but with the current economy this may slow down before speed is picked up upon again.

I don't think in going to join the chiffon shirt movement. They are very pretty and I think it looks elegant on people, but it doesn't bide well with me. Im so little I look like wearing a dress . Regardless of the size

I think I'll stick to the chic and sleek movement.

You ladies donning the flowy chiffons?

There are a multitude of ways for petite sized ladies like yourself.
Choose soft, lighter or even pastel shades, and wear them tucked instead of untucked.
Preferable with a pair of shorts/skirt/trousers/jeans that are high waisted, not too loose in fit though, tailored.
The bottom should be of a darker shade.
To draw the lines longer, have your hair up to accentuate the bottom half and your neck will elongate your upper torso, keeping it from being shrouded by the fabrics.
Clean accessories, keep it at a minimal to achieve the chic and elegant look in which you are aiming for, keep the neckline free of decorations.
Perhaps a simple pair of earrings, or if you would want to go all out a bold pair and sunglasses to top it off.
Heels if you would, to add unto the look, cork wedges if you prefer a more sailor, sea-side, beach-side aura.

(P.S. Choose lighter chiffons and not heavier opaque ones in a solid color and do stay away from large patterns or prints)
