Normally that suggests you're either yet to catch up with some recent changes inside of yourself or yet to catch up with some changed feelings you have towards a friend/frequent encounter in your life already (which is really the same thing - it's just I've heard many cases where people who have the faceless dream then go on to see their friends differently and fall for them).
