I'm pretty aware of them, but I do have a problem of automatically ignoring them if they are confusing or something I don't want to deal with at the moment. That's bad because then it puts me in a state where I later get into a funk and can't pinpoint what made me feel that way from the beginning.

When I rationalize my emotions, I reflect on why I feel that way and what the rational and best thing to do about them is.

I am always totally aware of my emotions and can rationalise them. I never suppress them and just let them flow

I become moved at the drop of a hat and like my emotional makeup

Lots of water in my chart with a Sun-Neptune conjunction

🙂

Healthy I have to consciously remind myself why I feel the way I do when I feel something so I can let it pass.

How did you get to doing this? It seems like it's effortless on your part. I am working my way towards that.

i am very rational.
I'm not most days. I use logic too much and don't utilize my instincts.

Do you think it's best to be rational over but Intuition? I ask because I don't know.
you must balance them. are you considered yourself a risk taker?

I don't consider myself one, I am risky, impulsive, and reckless - especially in my past but I've become more tame with age.

I try to stay balanced, honestly I do. But my emotions wax and wane which act as a stimulus to my behavior.

So in a lot of ways I act on gut reactions and when I try to utilize logic, it feels unnatural and I suppress my innate desires.

If that makes any sense.

risky people aren't so rational people. they are more instinctive and often use their intuition more than anthing.

That rings true for me..,.,

I try to be rational. I consciously push myself to be rational and "level headed."

How much do you use your instincts?
