Nope, and male. I feel it's creepy for some reason. I like to go with friends and sing, gamble, and enjoy bar games a bit together. When alone I just feel odd and like I'm just creeping around watching everyone else have fun.

See I hate being at home alone by myself mainly because I'm still not acclimated to this environment and sometimes I just want to go to a bar but I don't feel comfortable going by myself. I restaurant that is different I can go eat by myself any day but just going to a bar to drink and shoot darts or play pool by myself I can't do it it only makes me feel lonelier.

I've never liked the atmosphere in bars, no matter how "upscale" some of them are, so I haven't been to one in at least 15 years.
I do because I live in a new small city and I don't have any friends. I'm bored. Want to be social. Just go for two drinks. I now know the guy who runs the bar pretty well and I met one guy friend who goes there a lot by himself too.

When I was in my prime as an alcoholic I never went to bars alone. I had drinking friend's back then. I was also a loner drinker too. I guess this thread is for current drinkers. But oh well.

I usually don't, or am not impressed by bars, but I liked the one we went to. I took photos too. lol And the food was deliciouis. there were tourists everywhere though. Different languages and rowdy drinking, yet happy kind of drinking from them. lol

Yea, I mean, I'd rather go with someone else but if I really want to go out to a certain club that bad & know there will be a friend/friends there I'll force myself to go knowing I'll have a good time. I have to really want to go cuz it's harder to motivate myself when I'm meeting up with friends opposed to going with a friend.. I love wondering lol

I moved to Toronto when I was 18. Just after I graduated high school and travelled to France and Northern Ireland on my own.
In Toronto I met a group of chicks who partied hard. They took me out a few times then I found my own scene.
On one of those nights I snorted cocaine with Wesley snipes.
YOLO.
I'm not into that anymore, but at 18 it was wild and fun.
