Bubbly or Grumpy?
Well I can see how it could get annoying.
“Take out this trash and while your at it clean up the explosive diarrhea in the men’s restroom” *laughs
Others have a tendency to see joyful, happy people as fake 🤷♀️ To good to be true I suppose.
Doesn't mean they are, just tends to be what happens.

For sure, the bubbly one told me she really liked what she does for work but always honest about the fact that she doesnt like closing the store lol

Not necessarily bubbly, but an amiable boss would be my preference. I would want someone that is approachable to work with than a sulky boss.

I'm really smiley and cheery and my teams LOVE me 😊 95 % objectives met MINIMUM on a weekly basis. Unless one is slacking. In that case I try to find out why and we work together to make the worker more productive and motivated.

Not sure why you quoted me to say all that. I specifically was pointing out people have issue with happy people. Her OP didn' t say anything about her being a bad manager just the co workers stated they had an issue with her being happy and smiling at work to which I gave a pretty simple reason why. Miserable people hate happy people.

So earlier at work, since i just got off I had a conversation with two co-workers but in a different department.They told me that no one liked one of the managers at work, because she's pretty much cheery and smiley. Which I cant even comprehend with this kind of logic of theirs....
They say the other managers are chill, but the cheery, bubbly one just laughs at everything. I honestly would prefer that instead of workers that are so grumpy.
And there is a lot of grumpy ones. Which one would you prefer? Or any opinions??

I'm a pretty bubbly boss and find that people come to me for help over the others because I'm easier to talk to. There are 3 of us at 3 different locations. One is miserable and the other is nitpicky. I'm in charge of the employees in my area but employees from other territories call me when they have questions.
There are 3 other locations that are further away and I'm the only one of us that gets invited to their personal events.
Your the approachable one 🙂 I like bosses like you

Oh ok I just have ppl at work that do that and I hate that. Especially when they are jealous and make u the star of the show. Knowing that the only thing bringing them together is the hate when u can congratulate
