Can I sue?
Lawyer is the only one who can answer that!
You can sue for any shit! Will you win - that is the question!
You have to find a lawyer who will only take payment IF he wins the case.
This way you know - they will not bullshit you and will work for free which lawyers don't DO!
If they take your case - sit and wait!
You get money - give them % and go gamble the rest!
Or put down payment on property. Depends how severely damaged your brain is! Hugs. Call lawyers. Dxp isn't a place.

I was just curious what people thought.n I will just do my due diligence finding a lawyer that only gets paid for winning etc. My mom and dad both have lawyers so I will check with them first.

9 times out of 10 they prescribe you the wrong thing anyways cause NONE of them put the effort forth to properly diagnose people.. They are all just like "well this worked for the last one." I'd love to sue them for constantly misdiagnosing people and making matters worse, but it doesn't work that way. Also it's really hard to sue dr's unfortunately. You'll just throw money away on a lawyer and likely not even win.. and that would just piss ya off even more.
My doctor and psychiatrist worked thoroughly and closely with me before they diagnosed me with general anxiety and depression disorder and ADD. They certainly didn’t just throw medication at me willy nilly without putting in effort. To say that NONE put in effort is just ridiculous and just a reflection of your ignorance on the matter of mental health and treatment.
And you do realize that not everyone gets the same health care.. It's different everywhere. Consider that before ya call someone ignorant. You don't realize how privileged you are that you got the help that you needed.. Many do not get that help.click to expand
