Bad news, I doubt your son will look a but Asian. He'll looked mixed but you won't see too much yellow.
The good news, I'm 100% sure your kid will be adorable.
My son is half and here's a pic of him.

Posted by dontgetmewrongoh wow I always thought that our asian genes would take over regarding the hair and eye color! my father was blonde but of course me and my siblings have brown/black hair. my man also had blonde hair when he was a lil one but now has dark brown hair. I guess our baby will turn out with blonde hair at first haha 🙂
My kids are 1/4 japanese and they look white. My oldest had blonde hair amd green eyes, now she has honey blonde hair and honey brown/hazel eyes. So I think the white will take over with your kids as well.

Posted by The_eleventh_sign_11And just like that, DJ is validated.
My mum used to be married to a Aussie half Chinese man before my dad and my older brother Danny who is quarter Chinese is 6 ft 7 and needs to duck to get in the front door.

Posted by The_eleventh_sign_11wooaahhh :O hehe I think our son will also be quite tall, my cap is 6.1 ft (although I'm a small little yellow 5.1 ft minion lol)

Posted by aquarius09lol sorry but u got me all wrong, maybe you should ask before u shoot. I was wondering that's why I was asking and it's not dumb at all since it's something I'm wondering about since I don't know any 1/4 asians so I can't imagine how that looks like. that's all - it's more because I'm "afraid" my kid could be blonde. I dislike blondes lol no offense. I'm proud of my asian genes and I hope that my kid will benefit from them too. if not of course it would be fine as well but I desire to have my kids influenced by my asian genes. just wishful thinking
This sounds to me like a "I wish I was white with blond hair and since that didn't work out, I'm hoping my kid would get that". No offense but your thread reeks of your inferiority complex as a half filipina who looks filipina to the Aryan race. There's no denying this because why create such a dumb, superficial thread. Wait 9 months and you'll see.
I've come across this complex with a lot of Oriental races and Asians overall.
One race I absolutely love is Filipinos. You guys are the nicest people ever!! Hospitality is in your blood! In good mannerisms, you guys take the prize, but it saddens me to see this race suffering from an inferiority complex in today's highly advanced world.

Posted by 1stTierReadingsyeh I guess 🙂
i think your baby will look white

Posted by backtokemetthank you so much for sharing 🙂
Kapakwa (cap-aqua) Gruyere would be a lovely name for the baby 🙂
food for thought: the honorable Pr Phil Valentine teaches us it's very important for children to have a diversity of first hand experiences (in nature, with animals, games etc) way before they have similar experiences of a vicarious nature (by reading, on TV) .. he asserts that to have early first hand experiences creates neural pathways that won't be created were the child to have second hand experiences early on
anyway .. congrats on being a future mama

Posted by starloverOh I wish I was pregnant already, but we start next spring 🙂 until then we save a lot of money and get everything ready so far. but thanks anyway didn't want u guys to be confused 🙂
.......when is your baby due?

Posted by AquaNextDoorAighty then. If I misunderstood then I'm sorry. It still doesn't take away from how ridiculous this thread is. I mean you're making yourself look like a chick that goes to those photo booths which morphs your bf and your pic to show you what your future kid will look like. Nevertheless, congrats to you and your guy on the baby! May he/she be born healthy and happy.Posted by aquarius09lol sorry but u got me all wrong, maybe you should ask before u shoot. of course all filipinos who LIVE in the philippines want to be lightskinned etc because it symbolizes wealth. but I don't know ANY filipinos here in europe who want to be lightskinned. Its a difference if you live there or in the states/europe.click to expand
Posted by AquaNextDooryour man doesn't look very Swiss, not in the typical blonde hair blue eyes theme.

Posted by lisabethur8noooooo 🙂 it's not about that. I was just wondering(!) if our baby would still look a little asian at all. I'm 50% filipina and I don't even look thaaaat asian like some other half filipinos I know (and I wished I looked more asian than german). I'd be more than happy if some of the asian genes my mom blessed me with would still shine in my baby 🙂 that's why I was asking because I can imagine that being 1/4 asian won't really be noticable in the looks. I'd be very happy if those asian genes won't get lost.
anyway if your baby turns out dark skinned who cares— thats your precious baby. you worry wayyyy too much of how they look. if he /she comes out with a flat nose are you gonna be ok with that?? jeeeez girly girl, plenty of flat nose gals have good confidence because of their parents encouraging them that the inside counts.
it's gonna be TOUGH if she's a girl and have an inferiority complex about her looks. Daughters need their mothers to give them encouragement. If he turns out to be a boy, your husband will help ALOT as boys need their fathers.

Posted by AquaNextDooruh no. LOOKS are the LEAST of your problems with having a baby. If you're gonna think only of their looks, then you got to reevaluate your decision of having a baby because wanting to have a baby due to their looks, is just sounding really wrong.Posted by aquarius09hihihi I actually looked for an app on my phone for that morph thing hahaha come on 🙂 it's not that serious! Is he mixed race too like yourself??
it's true though, that ALOT of asian countries, even India, China, loves white skin. it does symbolize royalty and purity for some odd reason.
Look at all the bollywood actresses, they are usually mixed race.
someone like even half filipino Enrique Iglesias, he's considered really handsome.
I'm not sure about the Middle East, but i'm guessing that alot of them do love the lighter skin approach too.
Mostly they are into (from what i heard from mother in law and her colleagues at her old work, who work with middle eastern women) that they love to get surgery on their noses to get it smaller.
And Japanese women, it's a given that they love the white skin for the beauty effect. And they wonder why Caucasians love the dark skin tan. lmao.

Posted by AquaNextDooroh ok. that's too bad about your mother. That's a very very typical strong capricorn in you, maturity and raising your family. you'll do great because of your responsibility and maturity.
nah lisa no problem with that I raised both my little brothers back than because my mom had an alcohol problem when our father left us. it's def not that serious when I wonder if our baby will have noticable asian genes in their look. to me the health and the wellbeing of a child is something I consider as granted on my priority list. that's why I don't mention that because that should be normal to every parent that the health etc is no 1.
it's def not that serious if you wonder how your kids will look like

Posted by lisabethur8Oh Lisa, your ignorance never ceases to amaze me. LOL. Where did you learn that ALL the bollywood actresses are usually mixed? Oh wait, you didn't learn that! You brain farted. I used to be an avid bollywood movie watcher so let me tell you, they are not mixed. Not even Aishwariya Rai, as exotic as she is, is mixed. They are full out indians. I can name you plenty of bollywood actresses to make my point crystal clear on that.Posted by AquaNextDoor

Secondly, Middle Easterns are a mixed race. Middle Easterns have the aryan complex, but not to the extent that other races do because we sucked the supposed "good features" the white race had to offer: fair skin and coloured eyes. Majority of the women in my family have beautiful coloured eyes on fair skin and dark hair. A mixture of light and dark features is what is considered exotic and beautiful. This is where the superiority complex in us comes from us amongst other races. I'll agree with you on the nose surgery thing. That's more a middle eastern dilemma. LOL.click to expand
