What the actual fuck!....seriously I am not a racist and I believe in preserving culture but people are getting up in arms about others dressing up as native american indians. They dont want to be labeled a stereotype and they are "offended"
Firstly it is your choice to be offended.
Secondly if you have a problem its not nice to make it other peoples problems
Thirdly, we live in a free fucking country and I use the term loosely because we are are getting our rights taken away.
Fourthly, if its your job to be the culture police then frock up your national garb and enlighten us, dont stand on the side lines and pick at costumes that are expensive or time consuming to make.
Fithly, dont be a bag of shit and ruin halloween.
Did u know in australia, they took clown costumes off the shelf.

You're pretty much the equivalent of an american indian from the pacific, so if you're okay with people dressing as carnival maoris, or whatever, for halloween, and acting like fools, then it's cool.

If your offended by native costumes then you also need to be consistent and be offended by appropriation of native culture in fashion, fiction, and basically any dream catcher that wasn't made by a native.
