I can file two cases against you and claim damages for your online libel. I know I'm in the right, I studied PHILIPPINE laws thoroughly in case some stupid American out there makes some BS reply to this post. Also, criminal laws are territorial in nature.
Yes, one can always troll. But online libel is some other thing. It's a crime, not to mention that it's basically clearly immoral. It's what one person does in case he's losing ground in trolling.
